8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location of the property was excellent with the lovely little town of Ardres close by. The property was spacious and super clean. The sofa and beds were extremely comfortable. The host was very helpful allowing us to check in a little earlier which we really appreciated.
The toilet flush was extremely poor to say the least. We had to resort to using kettles of water to flush it. The pellet burning stove made the sitting room very warm and welcoming when we arrived but there were no instructions on how to control the heat. We were only there for one night but would have needed some information if we were staying longer.

Heel vriendelijke mensen!

The location was fantastic, about 20 mins from The Shuttle! So close to local bars and restaurants, in the beautiful countryside scenery. The house was super cute, clean and the beds were comfy! The garden at the back is also stunning and well maintained! .
As reported by many customers before us the flush really needs sorting as it is not powerful enough, especially if you are a whole family that needs the toilet a lot! We would have liked some hand soap in the bathroom too. Apart from that, we loved our stay!
