It is located close to town and in a good surrounding…the views from property are very good.. staff are very caring and friendly .. they provide quick service . Food is very attractive , and tasty .. presentation of the buffet is very pleasant .. special mention about Logeshwari and Harish Babi .. they were very helpful..

Not much ..

I enjoyed everything in this resort - food,service ,staff , view from the room, evrything was worth paying. It was best decision to choose sterling elk resort for our vacation. One imp thing I lost my earring while dancing at bon fire, entire staff present there joined me to find it and one of the staff actually found it. Thank you so much sterling staff !

Good - the staffs are very helpful and pleasant at the front desk. Breakfast spread is pretty good really enjoyed the fresh fruits. Rooms are spacious with nice valley views.

Bad - Rooms though spacious are outdated with old furnishings. The quality of mattresses and sofa are poor. Tv is so old with no options to watch your favorite language wanted to watch football which took them 2 days to get done. Google Maps took me through dangerous roads to reach there. Called and emailed them like 5 times but no reply. No way to reach them to ask for help unfortunately. Also got my car scratched through the narrow road. Play area though meant for guests seems to be more enjoyed by staffs there so loud we could hardly sit and enjoy. Worst part during checkout they don’t accept cash for the food we had !! There is no mention on the desk or anywhere.
