Loved the property, ambience, heritage charm, and hospitality. Beautiful place with a lot of character. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.
Only the food. It was okay, but felt a bit average for such an exceptional property.

The restaurant food is good. Property is maintained well. Our room view was good.
Need to improve the check-in service. While checking in some guests were given Welcome drink and we were not given welcome drink. Also, the rooms did not have refrigerator. Room we stayed had lots of noise from out side road. So could not enjoy the balcony.

I stayed with my family, the resort is higly accessible yet quaint overlooking Ooty. Everything was good.. Will visit again

Good location.
Leak in the bathroom and noisy room to begin with (which backed onto the kitchen) however was changed on request. Breakfast variety could have better. Service was slow at times.
