    Kings Cliff is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. I came to Ooty to relax and enjoy a quiet time with my wife. Kings cliff provided that perfectly. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in future. The breakfast can be better for the price point.

    One of our best ever stays in Ooty. The location was mind blowing and the staff was very courteous. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Every evening they give chocolates to all the customers staying at the hotel. The location is on top of a hill and you won't feel like going down to the city. The food at Earl's Secret is the cherry on the top. A must visit for sure.

    Its an enchanting place with quaint rooms and fireplaces which are 150 years old. Very well maintained with excellent staff and awesome food.

    Housekeeping had done a shabby job. Found trimmed fingernails on bedside table, torn curtains, bathroom flush and taps not working properly, no shower gel, had to ask for it and then the shower gel dispenser wouldn’t work so over all did not enjoy my stay. Surprising given that Sherlock which is part of the same group was the exact opposite experience. Kings Cliff is a beautiful property, sadly the staff are sour faced and don’t offer up a smile. Only 2 or 3 were helpful. Utterly disappointing stay.
