Excellent location, wonderful sauna

Recommend it

Great location, just on the lakeshore, so a great opportunity to be swimming in the lake. SUPs and waterbikes can also be rented. We rented a family apartment to which we received two sunbeds to use which belonged just to our apartment, so no one else could use it. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped (dishwasher, dishes, toilwet paper, towels for use in the apartment and seperate towels to use on the lakeshore, toiletries, etc.).

The restaurant at the campsite is a famous one, so we had to reserve a table. It was full house and it seemed they are understaffed: we had to wait a lot to get one more chair so that all the family could sit down and we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive.

A quiet, comfortable break away from all the stresses and strains of life in a beautiful location.

Fantastic accommodation, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with so many choices and staff constantly topping up when anything was running low.

Nothing at all - everything was truly wonderful and I would definitely recommend it anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

3 nights stay in apartment on a B & B basis

Staff were excellent. Evening meal was good and reasonably priced. Free use of manual bikes

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Food was a cold buffet apart from eggs. Cleaning fee of 50€ added to bill plus tourist tax

Superb

Beautiful place, amazing views. The rooms were clean and fresh. Fully equiped kitchen. There is a restaurant and a shop in the same building on the bottom floor so you don't have to drive anywhere. Dedicated parking spot. Great service, everything was organized and there was no suprises. Pretty close to Villach and to their National Park Dobratch- which we visited and it was one of the most beautiful places we seen.

The appartment was for 7 people, unfortunatelly there was only one bathroom and one separate toilet which was a bit of a bottleneck. Unfortunatelly the door to the bathroom (as long as they looked beautiful) they were made out of glass - even with frozen stripes on them you could see people naked inside. Is it good, is it bad? Maybe doesnt matter for new generation but we were two different families so it was a bit of a pain. There was no AC in the rooms - it was pretty hot during the nights. The breakfast was not worth 15Euro per person. We were there only 2 days so it didn't matter, but if you will be longer it will probably bebetter to do some shopping and use fully equipped kitchen.

II made a reservation for 5 person but the room is looks like just 4+1. I wanted to change rooms because it was very small. The receptionist was very kind and tried to give the best price for another room.

I wanted to book for 5 people, but what I got wasn’t appropriate because it was more like 4 people. I think it was not very fair for EUR 500 I stay here every year, I want to get a unique offer in the future. What I didn’t like was that nowhere was it predicted that there would be renovation work, at 7 a.m. the workers were already voicing on weekdays.

I think this Hotel is the best in Ossiach. Very beautiful view, really clean and big space everywhere. My reservation is totally modern and clean. Big rooms and bathroom, livingroom same thing.. New kitchen and what ever do you want. For me is absolutely perfect experince. See you in next year!

Comfortable room with a excellent breakfast in a convenient location close to the lake.

The room was spacey and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. From there it is easy to make walks and excursions and the reception was very helpful in informing us about the different options for hikes, bike rides etc

The apartment was located on the property of a camping site so not very quiet.

v tom nejmenším apartmánu netekla teplá voda a chyběla varná konvice, houbička a čisticí prostředek na mytí nádobí. Museli jsme dokupovat. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Pyszne śniadania. Możliwość zrobienia świeżo wyciskanych soków oraz jajek na miękko. Świeże pieczywo, wędliny, sery. Super ośrodek położony na samym jeziorem w Ossiach. Po drugiej stronie góra Gerlitzen, blisko do stoku narciarskie i Villach. Super przemiła obsługa. Czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżka, piękne widoki z okna. Osobna toaleta, oddzielna od łazienki. My byliśmy w lutym było bardzo ciepło w pokoju i łazience. Codziennie sprzątane, zmina ręczników. Parking przy samym apartamencie.

Tolle Lage und Zugang zum See.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Spiegel- oder Rührei wurde auf Bestellung serviert. Saft kann frisch gepresst werden. Ausgezeichnete Sicht auf den Ossiacher See.

Auf Einzelpersonen reagiert das Restaurant nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Trotz vorheriger Anfrage zu einer Reservierung wird man im Abseits platziert.

Wiedersehen macht Freude

Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Mitarbeiter überall sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen im Hexenpfandl nicht von dieser Welt 😍 Die Lage am See und die Nähe zum Ufer hervorragend und genau richtig für eine Familie mit Kindern.
