Great location and good service.

The location. The lower building overlooking the pool has view of the lake. Unobtrusive traffic noise from the road below. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Dinner on half board was inclusive of drinks, including wine and beer. Buffet courses to start with a choice of main course served to the table. Room was large and beds comfortable. Access to the lake about 15mins walk down to the boat station. Bit of a hill coming back.

Hotel has two buildings, we suppose to be in the one with perfect view to the lake, which was on the photos. The access to the lake was far from the hotel and you have to cross the main road.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice pool. We've got a great regional motorbike map from the receptionist. Food was okay. At check out somehow their billing system didn't count the Genius 2 discount which turned out later, but there was no argument at all I've got back the 10% in cash.

The Hotel has two houses one is the main building which has the main facilities like breakfast...etc but the other one has the pool which we didn't know at booking so I chose the wrong building actually (since we wanted the pool as preference) There is nothing nearby, even it looks it's close to the lakeshore, yes it is but you can't take a walk on the shore since it's fully built by private houses you just can't reach the shore. No restaurant in walking distance (or anything) and the hotel has no A'la Cart dinner option, so make sure you book with Half Pension or you won't be able to get food anywhere nearby, Thx to the kind staff we were able to change the booking and have dinner with the others.

Very good

Breakfast and dinner were ok but we expected a bit more variety for the price. Very friendly receptionist. The room was clean and quite roomy, we liked the balcony and the lake view.

The beach is far from the hotel. The slide in the pool wasn't working which was a dissapointment for the children.

Es war eine richtige Entscheidung dieses Hotel zu wählen

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden (nicht versteckt) Parkplatz direkt neben Hotel zu dieser Jahreszeit (Spätherbst) optimal. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und nett eingerichtet, für uns als Raucher war der Balkon eine optimale Lösung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hat uns sehr gut.

Wenn es was zum Aussetzen gibt dann war es eigentlich nur der Duschkopf in der Brause (war vielleicht etwas verkalkt)

Bester Aufenthalt dieses Jahr den ich hatte. Das Hotel merke ich mir!

Das ist ein Familienunternehmen wie man es sich vor stellt. Herzlicher Empfang, sauberes großes Zimmer, Abendessen individuell und hervorragend, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz, Aufzug, Frühstück alles super. Die Besitzer und Seele des Hauses sind wirklich nett und machen alles, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Also das gibts nicht mehr oft und ich wünsche Ihnen noch lange Spaß und Gesundheit. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben und merke mir das Haus.

+ und - abgewogen war es für eine einmalige Übernachtung o.k.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Ambiente des Frühstücksraumes. Das Personal und auch der Chef waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unterbringung war in einem Nebenhaus nicht in dem wunderschönen, oben abgebildeten Hotel, Parkplatz war problematisch, da das Biker Wochenende war und viele Autoparkplätze mit Motorrädern belegt waren.

Absolutes Wohlfühlhotel

Wären wir nicht auf der Durchreise gewesen, wären wir sicher länger geblieben. Wunderschöne Lage, tolles Hotel mit Pool, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See und die Berge, große Auswahl beim Essen, es wurde auch auf Unverträglichkeiten geachtet und alles möglich gemacht.

Szép helyen van, de kicsit túl árazott.

A reggeli jó volt, a kilátás a szobából szép, a szobánk tágas nagy volt.Jó parkolási lehetőség, kedves személyzet. Szép medence, bár az egy másik épületben van.

A szálloda négy csillagosnak van besorolva, de szerintem ez már túlzás , az ágy két összetolt külön ágy volt, és a matrac kényelmetlen , sajnos a fürdő mérete a szobához mérten nagyon kicsi, pipere szinte semmi, amit kaptunk az egy száraz mini szappan, két mini tusfürdő, ennyi...?? Régi csempe...stb ez nem négy csillag. Sajnos a vacsora sem a négy csillagnak megfelelő.

Sehr nettes, engagiertes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen, große Auswahl am Buffet Alles sehr sauber. Der Seezugang war toll! Der Pool war für die Kinder ebenfalls ein Highlight!

Kindermenü zwei mal die Woche Süßspeise. Man konnte aber das Erwachsenen-Menü auch für die Kinder bestellen, was so gesehen vollkommen in Ordnung war. Die Semmeln und das Brot beim Frühstück waren oft etwas hart.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und Preis / Leistung auf letzter Stufe! Schade!

Das Personal war freundlich. ch weiß gar nicht wie ich anfangen soll. Vielleicht mal mit dem Beginn der Buchung. Der Wörthersee lag in Mitten meiner Strecke und daher machte ich dort Rast und suchte eine Übernachtung für mich alleine. Ich stellte bei meiner Suche fest, dass sich das 4-Sterne-Hotel in einem -wie ich finde- preislich annehmbaren Niveau befand und ich wollte mir eine Übernachtung in einem solch vielversprechenden Hotel inkl. Frühstück "gönnen". Nach dem Check-In bezog ich mein Zimmer, in dem mich eine fette Spinne begrüßte. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, -so konnte ich diese schnell bewältigen, als ich anschließend die wohl augenscheinlich sehr alte und heruntergekommene Ausstattung dieses Zimmers feststellen musste. Angefangen bei der Gesamteinrichtung, die einem Zimmer im Altenheim glich und auch so roch. Über einen ca. 20 Jahre alten Wecker, der strom- und nutzlos einfach da rumstand, zu einem Telefon, welches die Generation meiner Großeltern benutzte, bis hin zu einem alten, ca. 1,5 qm großen Badezimmer, in dem ich froh war mich wenden zu können, ohne etwas zu berühren (ich bin nicht fettleibig). Wenn der Nachbar über mir die Toilettenspülung betätigte, schien diese direkt neben meinem Bett runterzukommen. Ich wachte nachts mehrfach auf. Ebenfalls lud die alte Balkonausstattung nicht zu einem wohnlichen Gefühl ein, -vielmehr hatte das Zimmer das Niveau eines Hostels oder eines Mitarbeiterzimmers. Zusammengefasst: Alt und ungepflegt. Wenn man alleine reist und ein Einzelzimmer bucht, rechnet man bei dem Preis von über 90€ / Nacht nicht damit, dass man beim Toilettengang sowohl sein Handtuch, wie auch den Kulturbeutel im Gesicht hängen haben muss, da keine andere Halterung im Bereich des Waschbeckens vorhanden war. Nachdem das Zimmer sehr enttäuschend war, suchte ich Trost im Frühstück, welches bei Booking.com als "hervorragend" eingestuft wurde.

Soweit ich davon ausgehe, dass der Begriff des Hervorragend als höchste Bewertung einzustufen ist, habe ich mich schon auf ein Frühstück mit Lachs gefreut. Als ich zum Frühstück gelb, -oxidiert. Die Erdnussbutter stand auch schon einige Zeit offen in eigener Packung und dies zog sich über viele weitere Lebensmittel durch. Die Fleischfliegen machten sich bereits vereinzelt über den Aufschnitt und den Käse her. Das konnte ich von meinem Platz die ganze Zeit beobachten. Die "Säfte" wurden aus einer Maschine gezapft und waren teilweise sehr wässrig. Ich war froh, wenn ich am Geschmack erkennen konnte, um welche Frucht es sich handelte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Müsli-Buffet gut bestückt war. Nachdem ich 2 Kaffee hatte und ein Brötchen gegessen habe, ist mir der Hunger aufgrund der spärlichen Auswahl in Verbindung mit den o.a. Umständen sehr unappetitlich. Meine Kritik sollte nun nicht generell gesehen werden, da das Hotel sehr besucht schien -vom Altersdurchschnitt weit über dem Renteneintrittsalter. Für junge Menschen absolut nicht attraktiv, was vermutlich auch die Qualität des Essens begründet. Das Personal ist teilweise auch schon älterer Generation, was die Freundlichkeit mit dem Unterton einer "lass mich bloß in Ruhe" Einstellung wahrnehmen lies. Es wurde generell nicht viel gesprochen und keine Fragen gestellt. Ich sage ganz ehrlich: Hätte ich für die Nacht inkl. Frühstück um die 55€ gezahlt, dann wäre das angemessen gewesen. Über 90€ / Nacht zu verlangen ist eine weitere Überschätzung und kann ich mir nur darin erklären, dass die Reisegruppen älterer Menschen kaum Qualität einfordern und das Hotel einfach einen guten Ruf aus früherer Zeit genießt. Alles andere ist aus meiner Sicht nicht mit meinem Aufenthalt gleichzusetzen... Ich fand es sehr schade, zumal ich froh war, als ich am nächst Tag abreisen konnte.

Urokliwe miejsce nad alpejskim jeziorem

Ładny obiekt na zboczu nad jeziorem (hotel ma dwa budynki, my byliśmy w tym nieco bliżej jeziora), wygodny pokój z balkonem i widokiem na jezioro. Czysto. Dobre śniadanie. Mieliśmy miejsce na zaparkowanie samochodu. Kolację zjedliśmy poza obiektem, więc nie ocenimy. Idealne miejsce na wiosenne spacery.

Nie wiedzieliśmy jak dojść piechotą do jeziora, nie znaleźliśmy żadnego znaku. Dojechaliśmy więc samochodem do najbliższego parkingu nad jeziorem.

Gastronomie und Hotel sind auf Seniorenbusreisen angelegt. Eine individuelle gastronomische Betreuung war zur unserer Zeit nicht vorhanden,im Ort selbst keine weiteren Lokale. Höhe und Größe der Toilette war für Kita ideal aber nicht für normale Erwachsene.Treppe ins OG: Achtung Stolpergefahr weil unterschiedliche „Stufenhöhen“:geht garnicht.
