Staying with Nicos was like visiting an old friend. He made you feel so welcome right from the start. The room was clean and pretty with the most beautiful view overlooking the sea where the ferry arrives. The food in the tavern below was also delicious and it was a very short walk to the entrance to the Samaria Gorge or the beach.

Welcoming owner, dealing directly with the clients. Extremely clean and tidy, good facilities (mosquito, AC and big fridge in the rmoom), larg ecomfortable bed, balcony with sea view. Restaurant in the same building with delicious food and good service.
Close to the ferries dock, but the taffic is light.

Location! It is the closest to the ferry and very close to the beach. Friendliness of Mr.Nikos and his wife and all the staff that cleaned our room or served us at the tavern.
