We were 3 families staying at Caretta Beach Hotel and absolutely loved it. The hotel is just steps away from the beach, extremely well maintained and unbelievably clean. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere this spotless! Housekeeping did an excellent job. The location was also perfect, a great home base for day trips to Elafonisi Beach and Balos.
The staff’s kindness really stood out throughout our visit. Adonis at the restaurant was so friendly and made us feel welcome every day. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to! Lea and Katerina at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile and Maria at the bar was so kind. The hotel manager, Yianni, was very helpful and gave us fantastic local tips that made exploring the area so much easier.
Everything about our stay was perfect. We felt right at home. You have to go here! Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Peaceful Beachfront Gem with Amazing Staff!
Our stay at Caretta Beach Hotel was truly unforgettable. Nestled right on a peaceful stretch of beach, the location offered the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience—just a short drive from the buzz of Platanias and nearby attractions.
