The staff was friendly, the food was reallygood and diverse.The pool was clean, the bathrooms the same.
To enter or exit the parking we had to go to the reception first. They don t have a terrace to stay at a table and drink something.

Very friendly, comfortable hotel. A bit dated but very well looked after and clean. Rooms were very large and didn't feel cramped for family of four.
Staff went beyond expectations, e.g., we missed dinner (late arrival) so they gave us a free lunch.
Pool area is good entertainment for a couple hours a day when away from beach.
Location is steeply uphill from beach (10 min walk)

Location was not too bad. 10 min walk to the beach.
The pool was nice and not too crowded. Greenery around the pool and the hotel was very nice during the hot summer time.
The pool bar and service there was the best thing in this hotel.
The private parking opens only after you ask the hotel staff to open the barrier for you, which makes it uncomfortable to go in and out frequently.
Difficult to park for check-in or temporary parking until someone opens the barrier of the parking lot. Some cars are constantly blocking the entrance of the hotel, relatives of the owner (as we were told once).
The restaurant is over crowded for dinner, waiting in lines and no tables available to sit.
The elevator is either too old or something is wrong with it as the doors have no sensor that someone is still on the path and crushed us few times; on the other hand it moves very slow...
The apartments have a very weird arrangement: half bathroom (toilet) in one room, shower and bidet in the other...
No hooks to put your clothes in the bathroom, which is very frustrating...
On few occasions the staff was unwilling to provide service such as help us find tables at the restaurant, instead shouted at us trying to sit at a "reserved" table and complaining that her manager will be angry with her. Another one didn't provide toilet paper as we requested and very hesitantly provided towels again excusing herself with the manager being angry with her.
I don't know what managers of this hotel do, but if the hotel personnel is so scared of doing their job (servicing their guests), speaks very poorly of those who run the hotel. We don't plan to come back here.
Finally, the food had very few choices of vegetarian food, mostly salads, fries and pasta... No description of the ingredients of the food trays... if you are on a specific diet you need to be careful.
