Good price-value, small home-made honey as gift :)

Like others said, the room is very clean. Frau Schmidl is very kind. Ski lift, shops, party pub are very close.

A microwave would be nice. I know the kitchen is not so large, but maybe a built-in in the cabinet

Studio stay for ski trip

I don't write reviews so often but haus schmidl deserves one. We stayed in the studio in our skiing vacation. Everything was beyond perfect and even much better than on the pictures. The kitchen is new and so clean. Don't bother to bring your own cutlery, kitchen accesories or anything else because its all there. Ms Schmidl is so kind and the homemade honey is a nice gesture. The ski lifts are so close you can easily walk. This was a perfect accomodation and i would love to come next year again. I hope it will be available. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful stay with wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The family were very friendly and this accommodation offered everything we were looking for and needed for the week. It’s in a great location, five minutes walk to the ski lift, three supermarkets are nearby so you can buy tea, coffee, milk, and any other bits you might need. There are lots of ski rental places too. We were able to get a bus from the airport to Schuttdorf bus station and walk five minutes to the property, and then took the ski bus to Zell am See train station where we got a train straight into the centre of Salzburg where we explored before getting a connection to the airport. From the property you can see the peak of Krizsteinhorn which is breathtaking, and the bus stop to get into Kaprun for more skiing is just a couple of minutes walk away. Overall our expectations were beyond exceeded.

Fabulous value in the centre of Zell am See- Sud. Short walk to ski lift ,bars restaurants and supermarket. Very helpful and hospitable hosts. There is a ski storage room. Very clean appartment.We recommend.

Ski trip

The apartment looks better in reality than in the presenting photos. It is big and very well equiped for cooking or preparing breakfast. The location is very good, you can go by foot to the skilift in Zell Am See. We have been one day on the slopes in Zell Am See and the rest of 4 days in Kitzsteinhorn by car - very easy to get there. You have supermarkets close to the location, shops and restaurants. The host is very nice and we received a complimentary jar of honey which was delicious. I would stay here again and I would recomand it to anyone.
