Nice hotel, wold stay there again.

Central location, nice helpful colleagues, great view from room. Room was spacious and tidy. Nice big shower. Cheap overnight parking close by. Followed by a great breakfast with local produce available.

Air conditioning would have been nice as had to sleep with the window open. Quiet at night but some noise as the town wakes up but not too noisy.

Great location in Arras with comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff

Easy check in. The staff were great, and really helpful. The location is very central, so easy to get to bars and restaurants. The room was really nice. Clean, nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice.

It feels a little dated. The lift is VERY small and quite slow.

very friendly, helpful staff. nothing too much trouble. rooms clean and comfortable. I had the best sleep of my trip so far.

if a couple and one goes out and one stays in room, to lock door it has to be deadlocked which means you cannot get out until the other gets back to room or leave door unlocked. other than that it was very good.

I am walking a portion of the Via Francigena and the hotel suited my needs perfectly.

Of course the location was great...the breakfast was very good...the staff attentive. The entire decor of the hotel was sharp and " modern".

The internet didn't work and nobody at the hotel could fix it. It made planning impossible.

Good quality moderately priced hotel.

The hotel is located across the square from the train station but my room, which was on the street, was quite. The mattress was good and the room clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this price range. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

A One Night Stop Over in Arras

Parking outside the hotel was straight forward, free after 6.00pm and free on the Sunday. Breakfast was continental, with plenty of choice. The location is good for a short walk to the central plaza which was vibrant and full of restuarants and bars.

If think for what we paid it delivered a nice one night stop over.

Great location in the Centre of town, short walk to the main square and bars/restaurants.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. No cold milk available for cereal and the hot milk for coffee ran out and didn’t get replaced. Next time I’d get a room only deal and buy breakfast at one of the many places in town…

The location is very good, 2 mins walking from the train station. Since I travelled with very tight schedule, it made the trip comfortable because I don't need to worry about catching the train on time.

Price is extremely expensive for me. I cannot acess wifi too.

Great location, comfortable hotel.

great location near the train station but only 5 minutes walk to the central plazas with excellent restaurants and activities nearby. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious and looked as if it was recently renovated. King bed was very comfortable.

Wifi was very patchy. Dropped in and out randomly, and often would not work for long periods of time. Better down in reception but very annoying not to be able to use it reliably in the room. The hotel is quiet and there was no noise from outside but internally not so good. We could hear other guests talking and moving about. Not a big problem for us as it’s still very quiet in Arras but when it gets busier and hotel occupancy picks up, it may be quite noisy.
