Cleaners were excellent, .
We weren’t given the rooms next to each other as promised.
Sink leaked day 1 , supposedly repaired, leaked again day 3 , flooding the floor.

Location, interior design, possibility of covered parking, silent room
Breakfast could be improved (eg fresh fruit, cereals, alternatives without lactose/ no soia), rooms are small and could benefit from some suitable forniture to provide guests places where to place their things, not all personnel is welcoming and professional.
