This hotel was so elegant and breathtaking! Staying here was like steping back in time in a good way!
The rooms were cozy and quaintly decorated, the facilties and grounds of the hotel are gorgeous, and the restaurant was delicious and high quality. The staff here are exceptional. This hotel was perfect for our holiday getaway in Montagu.

Baie gasvryheid,skoon en netjies ingerig, loved the view from our chalet, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the food delicious and we felt at peace and enjoyed the visit and definitely will be visiting again. and yes will recommend the place to my friends and others♥️👍

What a lovely "back to the good old days" hotel.
We were surprised by the hotel staff with a free room upgrade. The lovely Art Deco furniture is not for everyone, but i loved it !
Dinner was expensive, but worth every sent of it. Breakfast got a great selection of hot or cold foods, with free flowing juices, coffee and tea.
Not sure if they offer a high tea, as we were out most of the day, but i can just imagine the atmosphere it will be to have a high tea in this grand old lady of a hotel.
We not into loads of drinking and only had a few cocktails, the barman was very friendly, but the drinks were not really that good.
Do yourselves a huge favor and book a night or two in this lovely hotel.
PS - Free secure parking is a huge bonus.
