Fantastic location for the old town. Breakfast was superb with a huge choice. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus and very welcome after a busy sightseeing day. Supplied us with a great lunch bag as we couldn't make breakfast due to an early flight on our last day. Will definitely return if we revisit Wroclaw

Tried to change for an upgrade when we didn't have one
Would not store my insulin freezer packs without an argument
The fridge in the room turns off when you take the room card out had to insert a store card to keep the power on when we were out
Room was small it was supposed to be a junior suite
The staff talked about us in Polish I did not tell them that I understand
Was advertised as being in the market square not that far away but not in the square

Excellent location, good value for money, very clean. A little dated. Spa area fine but couldn’t work the sauna. Excellent breakfast- loads of choice, fresh foods, drinks- really good value
