Mövenpick Grand Hotel Wroclaw

The hotel is located close to the train station, a 10-minute walk from the market square. The room was large and clean. A nice weekend getaway. The breakfast was very good, and the people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Jedzenie na niskim poziomie, śniadanie w stosunku jakości do ceny słabe, nie kupiłabym drugi raz. Desery z cukierni fatalne - nie zjedliśmy nic co kupiliśmy.

Breakfast was outstanding, facilitys on Movenpick standard, hotel quality is top notch.

I needed to change my room 2x due to an unexpected error in the pipes (due to heat = air condition not working, broken pipes). The problem was, I had all of my 3 rooms on the roof floor, means: when entering the overheated rooms (29+ degrees) it took minimum 1 hour to cool them down with the air condition. On this special hot day (38 degrees outside) it was honestly a challenge to do this 3x during the afternoon/evening. But the staff reacted very kind and being a great assistant. Not complaining at all, just telling the story. We all had to challenge the same issues that day.

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Goede lokatie

Zorg dat je geen kamer aan de weg kant hebt. Daar loopt de hele nacht de tram. Vreselijk. Piepen en vooral dreunen. Vanaf 4 uur ‘s nachts om de paar minuten…..
