Close to the station & great tram connections into the centre (which was close). Super breakfast. Lovely genuinely friendly staff. Liked the gym and spa area. Finally, our room (we went for a queensize bed) was so spacious, comfortable and well designed. Every detail was practical but also stylish and made for comfort. Tea & coffee making facilities were welcome too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sad to have missed chocolate hour but we were busy exploring beautiful Wroclaw!

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, ekspres do kawy w pokoju. Pokoje duże, wygodne, ładne i czyste.
Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu było tak niskie, że realnie nie dało się spłukać szamponu. Po zgłoszeniu na recepcję, przyszedł pan i potwierdził, że faktycznie jest niskie i nic z tym nie zrobił.
Jeśli ktoś jest wrażliwy na hałas, to obudzą go tramwaje kursujące od rana - warto żeby hotel zostawiał zatyczki do uszu w pokojach, bo hałas jest ogromny, większy niż się spodziewałam.
Śniadaniowy bufet był dobrej jakości, natomiast to serwowane było dramatycznie złe. Zamówiłam tosta, a dostałam stary, rozmoczony awokado chleb - poważnie 😆 następnego dnia w ogóle ala carte nie było dostępne i też nic nie zaproponowano w zamian.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Fabelhafte Lage für Bahnreisende. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely staff, nice decor and chocolate hour was a nice little touch. I also thought check out was 12 but it was 11, staff were nice about the fact I checked out late accidentally.
Rooms have ZERO soundproofing. We were woken up several times throughout our stay from slamming doors and also next doors “adult activities” sounds.
Could hear everything through the walls…. If I was staying any longer I’d need to move rooms.
Was supposed to be a king sized bed but was 2 singles pushed together.
Tram noises are also loud even with windows shut (also can’t open any windows and room does get hot)
Air con hit and miss as to whether it works
Rooms seemed smaller than expected
Shower leaks at the bottom into the bathroom
