Central location, easy access to transport

Convenient location. A historic hotel renovated to meet current standards.
Recommend parking not secure.
Better underground and secure parking is available across at the train station.
There were not two beds as purchased.The bedsheets did not cover mattresses.

The staff on the lobby were great considering we arrived late

Good location & comfortable room. However I had to ask for an upgrade as the type of room I'd booked was unavailable when I checked in and they tried to palm me off with an inferior room.
Room cleaning was sporadic and incomplete, and reception staff gave silly excuses for it 'the staff were busy/it's not due to be done til the 3rd day of your stay etc etc'
The beds had nasty plastic under sheets.
