This is a beautiful modern hotel. The rooms are large and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are kind and cheerful. It is within easy walking distance of the Old Town a day all amenities.

Stayed here multiple times. Always comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional and location is convenient.

Staff were very helpful. Good location for visiting tourist sites.
Not up to usual Mercure standard. Stains on carpet and damage to furniture in room. On a busy corner so there was some road and tram noise.

After booking I got message from hotel to provide company adress for invoicing within 12 hours, otherwise they will create invoice only on email. Honestly it was evening and I was shocked and directly tried to find out tax id and all topics, as I have them only in work normally! but to loose 200 eur due to this was stress, as my company wouldnt pay me travel expense! Honestly I never had in past this experience that hotel is giving limits to customers to provide invoicing adresses, it is done during checkout! And most funny was, that invoice was finally made during my checkout, and person has asked me again were to invoice!!!
