Great place , clean . Girl at the desk was so friendly given my situation at the time I checked in so she made it very pleasant

Couple of Other guest whispering crap behind back. The don't know me nor have they even spoken to me before but yet it give them the right to talk about me , ..and all because I had stuff to do in regards to work so I was in the hallway on my phone most of the night due to overseas requirements via emails , didn't want to wake anyone in the dorms so that's the reason I sat in the hallway .. the dirty looks I got and the arrogance of some guests were something that wouldn't be attractive to a nice place like that ..that blonde girl with the resting bitch face needs to get her attitude in order also . She alone was nearly the reason I didn't want my team of workers we fly in to work on the F1 Grand prix staying there .so she could have cost the owner the price of 12 overseas guests staying January to April with her attitude alone ..if shes staff she's in the wrong profession to look down her nose at guests like she did , awful pity as she's very beautiful but her scowl ruins her good looks, not trying to cause any offence in anyway saying that she is a pretty person just saying it how it is.

Friendly staff, nice layout. Clean linnen. Like the little nooks and heritage feel. Location is great.

Reception looks messy. They don't have current or enough information of all the woderful things that happen in Melbourne. It was Fringe Festival and just had one brochure buried under a pen holder. As Fringe artist and them a building one block from Fringe HQ that was appaling.

Clean, spacious, well maintained corridors . Cleaning staff were ever present. WiFi excellent.

2 out of 3 Reception staff were rude. Shower and bathrooms were poor.
