    Today staff name Mus helped me with luggage because I am a disabled person. I would like to thank her for that. And all the staff for their friendly and helping as well at my stay every time. Thank you all and I always enjoy my stay there.

    I confesss, I haven't stayed at a backpackers for a number of years until last week when I stayed at a supurb one in Sydney. Melbourne City Backpackers was a bit of a let down due to my previous experience. The guy at reception, tho, was helpful which I appreciated. The other staff weren't overly friendly. The room & facilities were clean, but it did look a bit run down. The location was excellent and was good value for money. I wasn't expecting the number of stairs in the facility so I left my suitcase in luggage storage instead of hefting it up 2 flights. I might stay there again if needed, but I'll probably look around for something else.

    A night stay at this hostel because its close proximately to train station. Basic facilities. The only thing that bothers me is that the shared bathroom stated it is gender inclusive bathroom where aligned with their self identified gender? I think at female bathroom, I once bump into male... hostel should provide unisex bathroom instead of just male and female. Definitely uncomfortable to be in the same bathroom with MALE (regardless of their self identified gender!)
