    Spacious, clean and warm rooms. Clean, spacious shared bathrooms. Located close to tram station and in the free zone. Had a comfortable stay and would recommend for budget tavellerz🙃🙂

    We’ve stayed in many hotels in Melbourne. This is the worst one yet! Room very small, fridge literally froze everything, and not even a teaspoon provided. Showers crap, no pressure with constant temperature changes. Smoke alarm went off at 9pm. As no staff on site and a call to the emergency number, the owner asked us to operate the fire alarm system and silence the alarm!! No concern that there may have actually been a fire. Strong gas smell in corridors on the morning we left. Only positive was the staff member on desk, who was friendly. Would not recommend.

    Location is pretty decent, like 10 minutes walk away from a lot of places and it's always lit up outside, even late at night. The Bathrooms are a bit gross but it's what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Staff was chill, didn't really see the front desk guy often but he was helpful when we were checking in and out. The beds are good enough, although the room had an interesting smell to it but wasn't too much of a bother as we didn't hangout in the hotel much, pretty much just to sleep. Overall good for the price and in an average location if you don't mind walking.
