I really liked the cafe and laundry facilities. It was nice to have those comforts. It also offered plenty of places to just hang out or work on a laptop, and lots of information about stuff to do in Melbourne.

The location of the bathrooms is a little confusing. There's no signs pointing to where to go once you get to the floor, and some of them are under repair. If you want to use the bathroom while they're being cleaned, you have to find another floor. Once I had to use the bathroom on the check in floor and they stopped me to make sure I was staying there, and it was like, dude, I didn't wander in off the street to go use the toilet in a bathroom where I need a key to get in anyway.

Centrally located, good facilities, clean and safe

Don’t kid yourself - this place is loud. Pumping music from downstairs bar was hammering till well after midnight Friday. Doors bang and loud voices in the hall all night. It’s not for light sleepers.
