The staff were very well trained and very helpful .. ready to receive any inquiry and attend immediately I can’t remember all the name but Ward in reception , all the staff in resturant in the morning and the person in Charge of cleaning at 6th floor

All staff very professional and service outstanding
Breakfast great quality and spread. The staff are all so attentive and remember you from the previous day. Maybe it’s Jordan but all the staff so friendly and intent on providing great service

I was very delighted from the staff, they were very kind especially majeda she made her best to pleased us.
The most important thing for us ever is how much the room is clean and unfortunately the room wasn’t clean at all.
The carpet was dirty full of hair. The bathroom also was not clean there were signs of old shavings there.
And after our complaint the room wasn’t cleaned up as we we was expecting
