The staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. They made our stay so enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant stay.
However, guests should be aware that the hotel occasionally hosts evening events or parties. If your room faces that area, the music can be clearly heard even on higher floors and may continue past midnight due to poor sound insulation from the windows. During my stay, I was quickly moved to another room after reporting the noise, and the staff handled the situation professionally. Apart from the noise issue, I had a positive experience.
