Positive Points
The hotel is exceptionally clean and provides everything a family could need during their stay.
The customer service team is always available, welcoming every request with a smile and responding quickly and efficiently.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the main hospitals.
The hotel is quiet and offers a beautiful view overlooking the streets and skyline of Amman.
The reception staff are outstanding, friendly, and always willing to help. Mr. Fadi, in particular, was exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were satisfied and often offered assistance even before we had to ask.
