A very nice, cosy apartment. We found it very comfortable and clean. The location is great, in the center, not far from the promenade. The electric fireplace was a highlight in the basement room. Nice that we had basic things like coffee, tee and sugar available as well as some drinks in the fridge.

The equipment in the kitchen could be updated a little bit. A curtain in the shower is also missing - you cannot stop the water from splashing out :( We would recommend the installation of a TV in the basement room. The bed in the upper room could also be changed - the headboard and the frames are rather worn out!

Clean rooms. Close to Bordensee.

The basement room has light switches upstairs. The toilet room has a very low angled ceiling. There's no parking.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Einchecken war gut beschrieben. Die Wohnung war angenehm sauber. Die Wäsche ist ebenfalls sauber.

Ein Schlafzimmer liegt im Keller ohne eigenes Fenster und ist nur knapp über 2m hoch. Licht im Keller ist nur in Flur oben zu steuern. Die Dusche hat keine Trennwand oder Vorhang, man kann sich also nur sanft abbrausen oder nan produziert ziemliche Nässe im ganzen Duschraum und ggf in Flur. Das Regal in der Dusche ist verrostet. Es gibt nur ein kleines Handwaschbecken in der Toilette mit einem kleinen Spiegel und ohne Ablage. Unklar wo/wie sich jemand hier schminken soll. Wir haben es nicht gebraucht sonst wäre die Bewertung schlechter. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist nur durch eine Holzverschalung mit Schiebetür abgetrennt. Entweder Privatsphäre oder Keller. Das Sofa/Zusatzbett ist durchgelegen. Die KI behauptet ist einen Fahrrad Abstellplatz, das stimmt nicht! Ist aber ein Fehler von Booking.com. Der Anbieter behauptet das nicht. Wir haben unsere 3 in und vor die Küche gestellt Ansonsten gibt es nur Straße. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung nicht weiter.
