It is a very large apartment in a great location. The beach and bars were less than a five minute walk. It has great potential
The property is very tired and in need of renovation. The bathrooms in particular need updating and in general the apartment needs painting to brighten it up

La struttura, bellissima casa. ben arredata, con tutti gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Frigo super. Tutti i confort, aria condizionata, tranne una camera, però dotata di ventilatori, wi-fi, TV mai usato..per mancanza di tempo ed energia. Parcheggio interno e chiuso, Salone spazioso, sala da pranzo ben arredata. Ventilatori in ogni ambiente. Terrazzo arredato di tutto , piscina piccola ma perfetta. Posizione ottima con rapido accesso al mare meno di 200mt.
Forse riuscire ad inserire un condizionatore nella stanza non equipaggiata. Ma ci è piaciuto tutto!!!
