Located in a private gated community1 mile north of Holetown, on the popular West Coast and close to glorious beaches (200m) and within a short walking distance from a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The Royal Fairmont beach is just opposite the villa accessed through a private walkway. The popular Lone Star restaurant is only five minutes walk away

There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table, tumble dryer and washing machine. Dishwasher air fryer.The living area has a new sofa .together with a Smart TV, cable and wi-fi. There is a BBQ outside on the deck area, with outdoor seating, sun loungers and an umbrella for personal use. The villa is air conditioned throughout and there is private car parking next to the villa.
Local buses and taxis are easily accessed, Holetown and Bridgetown are only a short drive away. For golfers the villa is only a 5 minute drive away from The Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and a 10 minute drive from the Sandy Lane Golf Course. Host was very welcoming, friendly little community. Spotlessly clean, lovely gardens. House is modern and comfortable with excellent shower rooms and big beds, love the outdoor seating.

We had a fabulous stay at villa. It was very well equipped, the house was immaculate. It was lovely to relax by the pool, yet only a short stroll to the beach too. We walked to a couple of the nearby restaurants in the evening. The bus stop is only 5 mins away too so you can easily pop into Holetown or up to Speightstown

The villa is lovely. Very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Just right for two couples. The wraparound porch was a favourite place to enjoy morning coffee and late afternoon/evening cocktails. And the pool just outside the door was great for relaxing after a day exploring or the beach. The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and with controlled access we felt very secure. Beach was a five minute walk away. Bus stop two minutes away. Short drive in either direction to Holetown or Speightstown. We absolutely loved your villa and had a fabulous holiday! Would definitely recommend to all. Thank you so much!
