Enjoy open-air island living, three air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces for relaxing after a day exploring the beaches, restaurants and attractions of the West Coast. Holetown is close by, giving you easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and nightlife while returning you to a quieter residential setting at the end of the day.

The master suite is located upstairs and features an ensuite bathroom and a large private verandah — a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the island breeze.

Is also located upstairs and has access to the main bathroom.
🛏️ Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. Guests staying in this bedroom will use the bathroom facilities located upstairs.

The open-plan lounge and dining areas provide a comfortable space to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. Ceiling fans keep the area comfortable while allowing the natural island breeze to flow through.

The modern kitchen features sleek countertops, quality appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. From breakfast to relaxed al fresco dinners, your inner chef will love it. 👩‍🍳✨
🌿 Verandah & Outdoor Areas
The large verandah provides an inviting outdoor space to sit back, relax and enjoy the surrounding island atmosphere and gentle Caribbean breeze.

Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms.
Ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms as well as throughout the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Please note that the lounge, dining area and kitchen do not have air conditioning.

The third bedroom also has a floor fan for additional comfort.

Bermuda shutters replace conventional windows throughout the property. Hurricane roller shutters are also installed to provide additional security and peace of mind.

📖 Welcome Book
A Welcome Book is available at the property. It provides helpful information on house rules, nearby areas of interest, local beaches, shopping and restaurants.

🔑 Guest Access
Access to the property is via a secure keybox. Full details and instructions will be sent to the lead guest one week (7 days) prior to arrival.
👥 Guest Policy
Please be aware that only the number of guests booked by the lead guest are permitted to stay at the property.
The confirmed number of persons on the booking is the maximum number of guests allowed.

🧺🌀Laundry
The laundry area is located at the rear of the property in a separate housing unit equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please ensure the laundry door remains closed at all times.

"We had a truly beautiful stay at this villa in St. James. The setting is incredibly peaceful and tranquil, with a stunning pool and easy walking access to the beach. There are 4 villas on the entire property, yet it remains quiet, private, and serene throughout. It is also very secure.

The villa itself is fresh, spacious, and immaculately maintained inside and outside.

The property managers were exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful, which made the entire stay effortless and relaxing. We really felt at home here.

The location is excellent—secure, clean, and very well positioned, with supermarkets and petrol stations just minutes away. The surrounding road is lined with beautiful villas, and the area feels both exclusive and welcoming.

Overall, a stunning location with a peaceful atmosphere and everything you need close by. We would happily stay here again.

There happened to be construction work going on at a property close by but even that didn’t put us off our stay; we are on a beautiful island; soaking up the sun, enjoying being together as a family, with plenty to see and do, this didn’t bother us at all. It cannot be helped that other properties need work done to them and we enjoyed being out during the times they worked and if we were in we were having fun in the pool and not paying it any mind.
