About this apartment rental
Horizons is the best finished unit of a nine (9) unit townhouse complex location in St. James. It has a communal pool and is less than two minutes walk from the beach, popular beach bar Juju and well known resturant Lone Star. It’s finished contemporary with unique features that sets it apart from neighboring and similar units. It’s fully furnished with AC, a treadmill,Bike,BBQ grill, cable TV, home theater system, alarm,Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home
The space
The townhouse is lined in the traditional block patterned coral rendered walls but otherwise finished very contemporary.
The unit has two floors (1,700 Sq. Ft. total), with three bedrooms (1 master suite and 2 guest rooms), 2.5 bathrooms, and patios from the dinning area and master bedroom. Exotic porcelain hardwood look flooring is laid throughout the house.
The master and bath is equipped with his and her walk-in closets, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower with wall niches and special lighting that helps create the perfect setting to capture your romantic moments.
The large and beautiful kitchen (190sq. ft) can also be accessed from the main entrance. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer (with ice dispenser), 5-ring induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, pots and pans, plates and silverware, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and more. The property has a communal pool with a garden area and at present there are no time restrictions on the use of the pool. However, “out of respect for our neighbors”, it is important to avoid excessive noise at night.
