The room was spacious and it had a kitchenette with cooking facilities. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast bag was a nice extra.
There is a convenient bus connection to the Jakobsberg railway station. The closest bus stop is just a few hundred meters from the hotel. Viksjö centrum with shops and restaurants is within a walking distance. Opposite of the hotel is a small park and a peaceful residential area. Next to the hotel are industrial buildings but it was very quiet during the weekend I stayed there.
Taking the trash out isn't included in the room cleaning but hotel guests need to do this themselves. It would be good to mention it in the booking rules. When taking the trash out, I saw a rat at the dumpster, although the premises were clean. There was some trash around the dumsters. It would be good to keep the area tidy to avoid rats and other animals. I advised the front desk personnel to contact pest control professionals.

The staff was very cooperative and helping, so that's a huge plus. The only improvement needed is if they can offer cleaning service more often for longer stays
The cleaning happened after a week of check-in for long stays, but this meant that if you checked in on weekend, you won't get the next cleaning round before 10 days

The room could use a bit more cleaning. There were stains all around.
Breakfast was in bag. We didn't know we had to pre-order the Veggie option. Hotel parking was limited, so we had to park in the adjacent street.
