I had a good time at this place. There were a couple of hindrances--one was rectified, the other was not: a very dusty light fixture was cleaned asap; the second elevator was inoperable. This meant a lot of walking down a long hallway.The pool is a bit small; I still had a great time swimming and laying in the sun.The personnel were all very nice and helpful.My room was great for one person: 2 beds, a good full bathroom, closet, a long desk table with drawers, and a small, useful kitchen. The refrigerator made ice!

The location is great! We walked to Disney and back both days and it was only about 20 minutes at a comfortable pace. Lots of places to eat and play around. Had a great time!

The property is in a nice location, close to Disneyland, and the people working there were very kind. However, we also picked this hotel because it has a pool, and I've bought kiddie pools bigger than the bathtub that they are passing off as a pool, and I was very disappointed.

The listing on VRBO was confusing and the room type wasn’t clear at all. VRBO let us book a room for 4 with one queen bed. After talking to the hotel manager it was cleared up and we were able to move into the room we thought we had booked. The staff was very friendly and the room was great. The full kitchen (no oven) comes in handy esp with young children. The walk to Disney is approx 1 mile and is relatively easy. The first time we stayed here it was 100 degrees each day and the walk was barely tolerable after walking around the park all day. This trip it was much cooler and far easier. If we come back to Disneyland we would stay here again without even considering other places.

My husband, 6 year old daughter and I stayed here four nights. We were able to walk to/from DL in about 15-20 minutes. The walk home was a bit much for our daughter after a full day of walking but it was doable. We used the kitchenette for breakfast which as nice to save some money. There are restaurants in walking distance as well which we chose to utilize for dinner. The only thing which was not a deal breaker, were the full-size beds vs queen. We would definitely stay here again if we go back!

Clean hotel with small kitchen. Had everything needed. The fridge wasn’t turned on when we arrived but the hotel comped our parking in exchange for food that was lost. Beds were comfy but a bit small for my toddler and I. My husband slept on the other bed. Perfect location for Disneyland but wouldn’t recommend walking. Download the ART app for shuttle that runs right out front to the entrance of Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful and the VRBO host was helpful as well. I would recommend in.

They stay itself was ok. Location was very close to Disney. The issue I had was that when I arrived to check in, my room was given to another person with a similar name as mine. Had to wait about 1 hour inside while they fixed their mess up. All they did to “accommodate” us is not charge us for parking. Issue I have is that I don’t know if my information was shared with the other person as I was given the other persons information when I was checking in. All they had to do is make sure that the reservation number matched. Besides that, the room was not bad.

Wanted a place that was affordable and close to the parks, our mini vacation was going to be where we will be spending all day at the parks. So we needed a place comfortable to rest and relax overnight. This was perfect, great location, clean, and with a lot of food options close by.

The frustrating part was with the 3rd party booking through VRBO. For some reason, the trip never showed up in my VRBO, and it was a hassle communicating with the 3rd party. I needed to modify my stay, but I kept getting passed around and no help, so I just paid the whole fee. The place was fine, but you are better off just booking through the hotel website.

Our stay was good here! We stayed 4nights 5days to be able to go to Disney!! The pros were The hotel was super clean and they made sure to come to your room each day to freshen it up. The property manager did a really great staying in contact and communicating as well. There is also a kitchen with all the things you need to cook with, which was awesome and really helpful. Lastly they are about 5 minutes from Disney which is cool too. There were a couple cons though. The first being if you got there after being at Disney or wherever else later in the night there is ZERO parking in either of their two garages, resulting in you having to park on the street. The second being the pillows were some of the worst I ever slept on and caused a lot of problems for the entire family. The bathroom shower had little power to its stream and the tub had tons of caulking in the bottom and cracks elsewhere, plus the door didn’t shut all the way. Lastly, they say there is a shuttle to Disney but they don’t mention that it’s $6 per person per ride so that’s more money you have to fish out, we decided to just park at Disney for $30 a day which is cheaper for big groups. Overall the people were friendly and the room wasn’t terrible, and we enjoyed the overall experience!

We were pleased by the upgrade we received at check in. The room was perfect for what we needed. The room had a fully functioning dishwasher, fridge, microwave, a pantry, and all the cookware, silverware, and dishes we needed. The bathroom was very large. The hotel is located close to Disneyland which is why we were staying. We walked to the park from the hotel and the walk was fairly easy (would have been easier if the weather wasn’t 100 degrees). Definitely get or bring a stroller if you have young kids. The only complaint we have is that sometimes our card keys didn’t work and we had to go through multiple changes. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was an actual candlewood suites hotel which I did not believe was truly conveyed in the listing. The room was loud, had terrible Wi-Fi, and smelled. I definitely would not have felt comfortable there with small children given the smells and noises in surrounding rooms. While the location to Disney was nice, the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. The people at the pool partying made it challenging to enjoy a quiet night after a long day at the park. There was mold in the fan on the shower in addition to rust on the bathroom light fixtures due to inadequate ventilation. There was an extreme construction remodel going on on a different floor and it does not convey that accurately in the description. I will most certainly most not stay here again.

They are very kind and let you park with a voucher so you didn’t have to pay. I was always waiting for the property manager to send an email detailing how to check in but it never came so I just went to the front desk and they got everything sorted for us with no problem. I understand it is simple to let the hotel staff handle check in, but just a short email explaining that is indeed where you need to go and that they will know what to do and get you checked in and taken care of would have been appreciated.
