Close to Disneyland (about a 25 min walk) the hotel itself is outdated and needs a major remodel but if you’re looking to save some money and spend most of the day at the parks then it’s a good hotel.
Beds could be more comfortable. A remodel

The location is great. 5 min walk to Toy Story parking lot where you can catch the shuttle. Staff is helpful and friendly and the suite rooms were pretty big. More than enough room for a family of 6. Cost was also reasonable.
The rooms were pretty old, they definitely need to upgrade them. Beds were too small to share for adults. Room sink in suite was so weird. The faucet went to the wall. No free breakfast. A charge of $17.50 is nuts for continental breakfast.

It was close to where the conference i tended was.
The beds were too firm. Felt uncomfortable

I could smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom at night. The front desk rep checked and thought that it was due to renovations, but I am confident that it was cigarette smoke. I noticed in on a few nights. The maintenance person on duty even allowed me to use some of his tools to breakdown an item I needed to pack and take home.
The wifi needed to be logged into way too often.

Closeness to Toy Story parking lot. Prompt on requests (extra towels, changing out smoke alarm).

Close to Disneyland within 15 mins walking distance. Clean facilities with plenty of parking.
Fitness gym is mediocre. Breakfast not included which booking.com said it would be.

Location and the facilities are fine.
Had a water leak in the room. Water was coming from the upstairs everytime someone showered apparently.

The convenience of transportation to DIsneyland with the shuttle service in the Toy Story parking lot directly across the street is very nice. You even get to get through security at the lot itself which allows you to skip such security at Disneyland.
The suite we stayed in is very spacious with lots of storage, but a very odd layout. The TV has more channels than the average hotel TV too. There is also a 24/7 self checkout small convenience store in the lobby that can only be accessed with your key card.
The walls are paper thin. If a shower turns on, you'll here those pipes through the walls louder than any other hotel I have stayed in. A family above us woke up at the crack of dawn to probably get into Disney, but treating it like a party while their child ran across the floor multiple times.
The room and especially the bathroom is pretty outdated. Checkerboard bathroom floor that hasn't been properly cleaned and as previously mentioned, an odd layout of the room. There is a random corner against the window surrounded by what appears to be the brick wall from the exterior that they just enclosed within the room?
Also no USB ports in any of the lamps or the alarm. The WIFI also requires you to sign in again every single time you arrive to your room and it can be glitchy while not allowing you to sign in at all.

The property is the perfect location to walk from for Disney-Goers utilizing the Toy Story buses. I liked that the property had its own convenience store and restaurant.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Convenient to Toy Story parking and Convention Center.
Long story short. There with family, 3rd and 6th floors. Went to 3rd to get my children, sent them back to 6th while i stayed to pack. Left and went into the elevator, pushed UP button, maid was in there. said 6 please 3x she hit 4th than 6th. I would have done it myself but she was blocking the buttons. Went up, stopped at 4th, another maid with cart wanted to get in, original maid told me to get out 2x so cart can fit in Spanish. I refused because I was trying to get to my children. She we have to work. Than met another maid on 6th and original maid started talking about me in Spanish like I didnt understand.

The over all comfort of the rooms and the amenities. The beds were comfortable. The distance was walkable.
The distance was walkable, however if you have any ambulatory issues it is a far walk. The bathroom was older. It was clean but it was older.
5.0 / 10.0
The location is convenient — you can walk to Disneyland or Downtown Disney in about 25 minutes.
The hotel is very dated. Our room faced the parking lot and there was a constant noise, day and night (possibly from some kind of air-conditioning machinery), but even the receptionist couldn’t confirm what it was. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door almost hitting the toilet — a larger person would struggle to fit comfortably. The bathroom tap was loose, the window didn’t close properly, and the curtains wouldn’t run open fully. The furniture was old and the drawers felt like they could fall apart at any moment. Considering we paid over $200 per night, it felt very overpriced.

Great price, clean linens, clean towels, clean room, and clean carpet. Loved that this hotel is located across from Disneyland Toy story parking lot.
The female supervisor at the check-in desk was not friendly and was giving us a hard time checking in early. Fortunately, the Manager Isaac showed up when she went on break and we re-approached the desk and he got us checked in within minutes. Isaac is wonderful.

easy access to disneyland via the free toy story bus that pick up 600 feet away. So quiet and clean
a room on the northside of the building so i could watch the fireworks but that costs more probably

The restaurant staff was nice and thats about it!
The bathrooms were terrible! The showerhead was falling off, the handrail falling apart, the toilet water kept running, the lights in the room didnt work and when maintenance came to check they ended up disconnecting the refrigerator and that caused it to defrost and puddle water on the cabinet. Maintenance had to come again within the first 30 minutes of checking in to fix the leak. Housekeeping only came 1 day out of the 4 nights 5 days we stayed, when it was requested for them to come 3 times. Bathroom floor was full of filth, to the point that we wore shoes even to use the restroom! Wallpaper was ripped, and room smelled like something was spoiled. I definitely will NEVER be staying here again!

The pool was beautiful and a great size. I loved the snack room. Clean and close to Disney. The dinner we bought was food. The staff was nice but reserved. Not above and beyond conversations, very separated.
We paid over $300 just for parking. Breakfast at much less fancy places is free but here it was over $17 per person! We had to pay $1.99 per day just to use the safe which was a key already located in the safe. Using the safe did not require any services and should be free besides a deposit for the key. The bathroom is literally 2 feet wide.

Great location. Nice guest store with hotel essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, snacks, drinks, medicines, easy frozen meals and tons of other stuff. Restaurant on-site for breakfast and dinner, with room delivery from the local food hall 12pm-11pm.
All staff were great, even the cleaning staff were kind and smiley.
5 minute walk to Convention Center.
Wish the pool/hot tub was open till 11pm.
Water bottle filling station should be in the lobby, there is one in the gym, but it is not conveniently located. Both treadmills did not work, so missed my morning workout routine 5 days in a row.

Location!
The pipes are old, there was a sewer smell that came out of the sink when we would wash our hands. The bathtub also creaked really loudly, and we could hear every time our neighbor showered or washed their hands,
There was also some confusion towards the end of our stay. I had notified the staff at check in that we may need to check out a day early(in town for a dance competition, but didn’t have the full schedule), She said because of the rate I booked, I’d still be charged the full stay. No problem. When it came time for us to leave, 3:30 pm, I was told that we would be charged because we missed the 3pm cut off. I had expected to pay based on the first staff member’s comment, but if I would have known I could leave by 3 and not be charged, we would have been out of there and saved $100. If I didn’t have a crying toddler with me, I may have pushed on this issue. It just didn’t sit right with me and I felt cheated as I left.
