It was very well presented. We were on the top floor Everyone enjoyed staying at Ferienwohnungen Thum Great having 3 balconies lots of space very convenient to the town of Rosenheim very close to the supermarkets. The lady that met us was very friendly the views are fantastic

The property is on a working farm. Being on the top floor was very hot even with the doors and windows open and you can hear the cows mooing at night so would have been nice to have some fans

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage mit großzügigem Privaten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Mit Allem ausgestattet was ein Haushalt braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten in denen man entspannt schlafen konnte. Für Uns sehr angenehm war, das man normal ohne Streaming Dienste Fernsehschauen konnte!!!!! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Ein toller Bild vom Balkon. Die Vermieterin/Vermieter waren super nett und total unkompliziert. So konnten wir unsere Fahrräder noch 2 Nächte länger dort stehen lassen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie.

We hadden het appartement geboekt omdat het 2 badkamers zou hebben. Dat staat ook in de reservering. Bij aankomst bleek dit gelogen. Er was 1 badkamer en een aparte wc. Niet wat wij zochten.

Alles im allem sehr angenehm und sauber. Kein Lärm, ist am Stadtrand aufen Land gelegen, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu Rewe, Restaurant, Rosenheim Stadtmitte etc. Neben an beim Bauern ist eine Milchbar. (Eigene Flaschen mit bringen ist vom Vorteil 😄) Wir hatten die Dochgeschoss Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht, 2 Balkone, professionelle Fliegengitter an den Balkontüren. Hatten daher nachts ruhe vor Mücken. Wenn es sehr warm ist nehmt euch ein Ventilator mit. Alles voll eingerichtete mit allem was man braucht. Kaffeepads, Backpapier sogar Eiswürfeln waren vorbereitet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 😊

Das der Urlaub zu kurz war😜 Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. 👍🏻

Hochwertige Einrichtung (Möbel, Geräte). Tip Top sauber. Hat alles gut funktioniert. Praktische Lösung als Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bike / Fahrrad. Sehr unkompliziert. Für Radfahrer eine Superlage. Bis zur Stadtmitte ca. 3 km.

Schöne Tage am Rand von Rosenheim.

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, im Grünen gelegen, sehr ländlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut in der Wohnung. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Eine gute erholsame Woche.

Die Mitbewohner waren gelegentlich laut und wir wurden durch die Grillerei geruchs-belästigt.

Nagyon szép természet

A szállás a központtól kb 2km-re van. Gyalog nem érdemes nekiindulni. Kocsival be a központba és a boltban van minden. Az appartman nagyon tiszta, tökéletesen felszerelt és minden működik. Vasaló, mosógép mosogatógép, TV is van. A konyha teljesen felszerelt egy két dologgal feltöltött. (só, cukor, kávé). Evőezközök hiánytalanul, minden igény kielégítve. Csendes, nyugodt hely tökéletes kilátással.

A belváros (fesztivál) gyalog messze van. Kocsival kell menni, mert nics a környéken busz. Parkolni hétvégén képtelenség.

We would stay here again. Comfortable and well appointed.

We enjoyed the location. Outside the city limits of rosenehim. You can walk into town. And we did. Perfect if you like a country setting.

Having lived in the area in early 2000s, I knew what to expect. There was one surprise, I believe there a water treatment facility across the the field and our last night there, it was hot…so things heated up and the smell was pungent. No issues with the horse and cows being near by.
