We have a wonderful stay and the owners were very responsive.

We had a very large group and we all could stay together.

It was very well presented. We were on the top floor Everyone enjoyed staying at Ferienwohnungen Thum Great having 3 balconies lots of space very convenient to the town of Rosenheim very close to the supermarkets. The lady that met us was very friendly the views are fantastic

The property is on a working farm. Being on the top floor was very hot even with the doors and windows open and you can hear the cows mooing at night so would have been nice to have some fans

This place was perfect from arrival to departure. The apartment was amazingly large and had everything you need. It was like home

We would stay here again. Comfortable and well appointed.

We enjoyed the location. Outside the city limits of rosenehim. You can walk into town. And we did. Perfect if you like a country setting.

Having lived in the area in early 2000s, I knew what to expect. There was one surprise, I believe there a water treatment facility across the the field and our last night there, it was hot…so things heated up and the smell was pungent. No issues with the horse and cows being near by.

We loved everything! How quiet it was, the fields with horses nearby, Nespresso machine, super comfy beds, there was everything at the apartment - and it was only 25 min walk from Herbsfest tent!
