Sehr alter Einrichtungsstandart. Mehrere Mängel - wie Türklinke Eingangstür locker. Toilettenbürstenhalter kaputt. Kein Fenster im Schlafbereich .

Die Lage war superpraktisch und die Bettwäsche wie erwähnt grossartig.

Die Nähe zu Kuko und Innenstadt. Die schöne Bettwäsche - die war wirklich toll.🌞 Möglichkeit, sich was Kleines zu kochen.

Künstliche Wäsche- und Raumparfümierung war nicht angenehm. Von Verbotstafeln begrüsst werden (nie, nie, nie… etc.) statt von einem Willkommensgruss. Ausstattung wirkt auf den Bildern grosszügig und ansprechend. Die Realität wirkte eher billig und wenig abgestimmt (zB. Sofa verlebt, Fernseher überproportional gross, Deckenlampen im Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer kühl und unpassend, Rüstmesser defekt und stumpf etc.).

The Location mainly and the Apartment itself really nice , cosy. Everything you need is in there. Mrs Meyn very communicative , polite , helpful. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend that nice place to those who would need a place In Rosenheim for a stay .

Functional flat in great location at reasonable price

Great location and pretty quiet. Nice little balcony but no view (on the other hand that was good because there is no air con available, so the trees and the low floor helped keep the apartment somewhat cool). Responsive host.

It is definitely a functional apartment and was a little tight for three people, especially when you are three to sleep (couch + queen bed), small kitchen. Bathroom has no window and desperately needs the fan on a lot. But it all works fine. So if you don't mind function over design or looks, you'll like it very much. Just be aware the neighbors are chain smokers and we couldn't open the windows much or be on the balcony long. The downside is the parking which is in a completely different location (~10 min walk) and under a tree. Get ready to clean your car often!

The position was excellent. Close to the centre groceries shops and the old quarter, easy bookin, nice balcony.

No wi-fi no hand soap or toiletries, just inconvenient when you first arrive.
