Perfect apartment for a family with two children. Very comfortable beds.

suitable choice for a family ski-trip

The apartment has comfortable access because the parking place is right next to the main door. It is very handy if you have a lot of staff to load/unload. The bedrooms and living room are furnished with modern taste. It is fully equipped, we did not miss anything.

The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates, but nothing to be worried about. The bathroom is accessible only through a second bedroom, so if you are not a family, this can be awkward. The heating source is located centrally in the living room, so the bathroom can be a bit chilly during the winter season. The location of the house is connected to used-cars lot.

Passable

Communication with the host was smooth, picking up the keys as well as check-out easy, apartment clean, bedrooms comfortable.

This place looks trendy, and the bedrooms were certainly comfortable. However, our overall experience was quite a disappointment. The fridge was not plugged to electricity, and we are not able to turn it on ourselves. Also, it was flooded with water. The kitchen also missed plentiful essentials which we assumed to be there, e.g. no salt, etc. The heating was sooo inefficient. The only source of heat was in the living room, which in turn was unbearably hot. From there the heat was supposed to "diffuse" to other rooms. The host informed us that the heating cannot be easily adjusted, so if we feel hot we should open the windows. We ended up having all windows open all night. The street (in December) where we parked the car was very dark, with essentially no nearby streetlamps. Seeing some people smoking cigarettes hidden in that darkness, the place felt somewhat unsafe. The apartment was passable for our one-night stay, and with a functional fridge and more reasonable heating system it might have even been a pleasant experience. With that said, in the future we would likely look for other options.

Einfach Alles da Sehr angenehm beheizt Ausstattung in der Küche ist ok Personal sehr nett - gut zu erreichen Von der Therme angenehm zu erreichen Genug Handtücher sind da

Altes bisschen heruntergekommenes Bad ( vor allem der Wasserhahn) Butterweiche Betten Kühlschrank zu öffnen ist sehr schwierig Garderobe unsicher angebracht Foto des Wohnzimmers - sieht mittlerweile anders aus

La mia sosta a Kolbermoor era solo tecnica, per interrompere il mio viaggio di di più di mille km.

Mentre scaricavo I bagagli dall'auto, mi è stato sottratto il navigatore portatile (di marca Garmin, mod. DE Lux). Al momento non me ne sono accorta, ma al mattino intorno alle ore 7, quando ho dovuto ripartire, ho chiesto aiuto al n. di tel. della prenotazione e poi al n. della targa posta a lato dell'ingresso, senza risposta. Chiedo se è possibile a booking recuperare il mio navigatore e farmelo spedire.

Sie waren überbucht und hatten keinen Platz für uns, trotz vorheriger Bestätigung und Zusage.

Wir haben mehrere Monate im Voraus gebucht (Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern). Alles war bestätigt und sah in Ordnung aus. Am Nachmittag der Anreise erhielten wir keinen Zugang. Anrufe wurden direkt aufgelegt und danach ignoriert. Mit der Unterstützung durch Booking fanden wir heraus, sie haben sich überbucht und keinen Platz für uns. Nun standen wir am Abend mit zwei Kindern ohne Unterkunft da. DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!!

Das Haus ist im Hinterhof gelegen. Modern und sauber. Tolle Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern.

Das Bad ist nur durch das Kinderzimmer erreichbar. Das Bad ist etwas älter.

špatná komunikace ododmítají vystavit fakturu

Už měsíc urgujeme fakturu,kterou potřebujeme pro účetnictví. Někkolik telefonických rozhovorů, e-mailů i SMS...a stále nemáme fakturu. Pořád jen sliby, a teď nám ubytovatelka už telefon nebere. Hrozné jednání. Velmi neprofesionální.

Ξεκούραστη, άνετη και ήσυχη διαμονή στο Kolbermoor.

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, άριστο για οικογένειες. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, ιδανικό κατάλυμα για να ξεκουραστείς και να χαλαρώσεις. Μεγάλα και άνετα κρεβάτια,, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τεράστιο, ξεχωριστό σαλόνι από κουζίνα. Ησυχία και χαλάρωση. Η Greta βοηθάει σε ό,τι θέλεις να ρωτήσεις και είναι πολύ ευγενική, πολύ εξυπηρετική και πολύ φιλική. Greta σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Υπάρχει ένα πρόβλημα με το wifi, είναι πολύ αργό καθώς δεν υπάρχει router στο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο επισημαίνεται γιατί καλό είναι να το γνωρίζει κάποιος που το έχει απόλυτη ανάγκη. Κατά τα άλλα, κάποιες άλλες λεπτομέρειες δεν αποτελούν ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα, (θα μπορούσε να μπει μια κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο π.χ. για να μην πέφτουν τα νερά έξω), καθώς αν σας λείψει κάτι η Greta θα σας βοηθήσει και επίσης υπάρχουν πολύ κοντά διάφορα καταστήματα (supermarket κλπ).

Saubere und schöne Wohnung

Sauber und modern eingerichtet, gute Betten! Im Badezimmer waren sogar Duschartikel etc. vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber!

Das Badezimmer ist nur durch das 2. Schlafzimmer erreichbar, was für 2 Pärchen nicht so optimal ist und hat keine Heizung bzw. Heizstrahler. Es gibt nur einen Ölofen im Wohnzimmer für die gesamte Unterkunft, heißt man muss alle Türen offen lassen damit es etwas warm wird! Der Ofen heizt jedoch sehr gut!! Leider ist das Badezimmer ganz hinten und daher kaum beheizbar. Das ist jedoch nur in der kalten Jahreszeit relevant:) Die Vermieterin Greta ist immer erreichbar, kam auch sofort vorbei um uns den Ofen anzumachen. Sie ist wirklich super nett und freundlich:) Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank an Greta😃
