Para entrar al apartamento hay que transitar por un pasillo que tiene un fuerte y desagradable olor, no sabemos si por la comida de las mascotas que está todo el tiempo allí o por una obra que están haciendo en una habitación.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, ländliches Umfeld, Rosenheim gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Die Matratzen sind zu weich , je nach Windrichtung hört man vor allem nachts die naheliegende Autobahn. Abhilfe : Fenster schließen.

Nogometni praznik

Apartma se je nahajal v mirnem delu na podeželju. Vse naokrog je bilo obilo zelenja in je lepo dišalo. Apartma je bil minimalistično urejeno, kar je nam popolnoma ustrezalo, imeli pa smo tudi velik zunanji prostor za druženje. Prijetna gostiteljica, ki je kar nekaj časa preživela v naši družbi tako, da smo dobili vse nam potrebne informacije.

Morda je bil malce daleč od našega ciljnega mesta, saj smo prišli na ogled tekme med Slovenijo in Srbijo, vendar pa je bilo potovanje do tja in nazaj tudi svojstven dogodek, ki nam je lepo zapolnil dan, predvsem mojemu sinu bo verjetno ostal v lepem spominu. Nismo imeli nekih pripomb, tako da nam bo vse pustilo lepe občutke o našem bivanju.

Schönes, ruhiges Plätzchen zum Verweilen..

- Zimmer: Größe, Boxspringbett (guter Schlafkomfort), angrenzender (Raucher-)Balkon - Bad: große Dusche, Regendusche/Brausekopf - Anreise: Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft - Lage: top ruhige Lage, überall Jalousien und Vorhänge vorhanden - Vermieter/in: sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar; sehr bemüht um Gästewohl! FAZIT: Ich war zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer und würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

- Küche: leider sehr klein; Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, keine Rückenrolle vorhanden - Ausstattung: schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte erneuert werden FAZIT: Es gab keine Sache, die wirklich störend war... es handelt sich eher um "wäre schön wenn"-Punkte..

- gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Eigentümerin super freundlich - sauber - in der kleinen Schrankküche alle Utensilien da die man in einer Küche benötigt (bis auf einen Lappen) - für 2 Personen genug Stauraum - neuwertiges Bad mit Regendusche - super Umgebung - Mitnahme von Hund 5€ pro Nacht somit meines Erachtens kein überteuerter Preis wie in anderen Unterkünften oder Hotels - Parkplatz vorhanden - ca. 12min von Rosenheim entfernt - Broschüren für Wanderung sowie 2 Speisekarten von zwei nahelegenden Restaurants als auch Bücher vorhanden - Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 2km entfernt

Wir fanden das es 1 oder 2 Stühle (insgesamt 4) zu viel waren und das Bettlaken (fühlte sich an wie Satin) diesen Stoff mochte meine Frau nicht.

Ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit

Die Hecke auf dem Weg nicht geschnitten,hässlich und abends gefährlich , Behindertengerecht bezw. Für Ältere Personen nicht geeignet- zu gefährlich und zu klein in der Wohnung Für zwei Personen Wasserkocher zu klein, keine Ablage/ Stuhl im Badezimmer Schöne Aussicht nur im hintern Teil- vordere alter Schuppen/ Gerümpel 🥺 Mülltrennung ja gerne, aber mit dementsprechenden Mülleimern nicht ausgestattet, im dunkeln Mülltonnen draußen nicht zu erkennen.( für Ältere schwer- wie gesagt für jüngere kann man mal machen)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist neu.

Die Einrichtung des Schlafzimmers ist nicht besonders modern. Das komplett geflieste Appartement ist sehr fußkalt. Alpenblick hat man im EG nicht.
