Clean but no electric fan
The room and bathroom are clean, and the location is central, making it easy to find good restaurants.

Horrible, nunca se queden acá
El peor alojamiento de Rosenheim, las habitaciones sucias y llenas de chinches, la atención malísima, pagué dos semanas y solo pude estar una ahí por la suciedad del lugar, pedí un cambio de fechas, pedí reembolso y me negaron todo, es decir, me robaron el dinero, nunca se queden acá por favor, nunca se queden en éste lugar, Booking debería sacarlo de la lista

Im Internet steht geschrieben, dass es sich um eine Wohnung handelt. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Wohnung, es gibt Zimmer mit allen Gemeinsamkeiten. Alles war miserabel, im Badezimmer gab es nicht einmal Toilettenpapier oder Reinigungslösungen. sehr kalt und sehr staubig in den Zimmern. Es hat mir nicht gefallen, es war sehr teuer und ich habe nichts bezahlt.

Die Unterkunft wurde angeboten mit eigenem Bad. Es gibt kein Bad in diesem Zimmer. Nur ein Gemeinsames Bad auf dem Flur. Im Angebot steht , dass Haustiere kostenfrei sind. Der Vermieter verlangt für die Reinigung wg. 2 Hunden 30 € extra. Der Zimmerschlüssel war nicht, wie per Mail angekündigt auf dem Zimmer. Da mir keine Telefonnummer vom Vermieter bekannt war, musste eine andere Mieterin den Vermieter anrufen, damit ein Angestellten den Schlüssel brachte. Usw.

Premetto che di fatto la struttura è assimilabile ad "ostello della gioventù" o, al massimo, ad un affittacamere e non certo ad un B&B!
Avevo prenotato e pagato per 3 camere singole. Il giorno prima, il gestore, che non si è mai fatto vivo di persona ma solo via sms o messaggi tramite booking, ci ha scritto che poteva darci solo una tripla e non tre singole! Abbiamo provato, senza successo, a chiedere un rimborso almeno parziale: ma nulla! La mattina dell'arrivo, il gestore ci ha scritto che avremmo trovato le chiavi appese alla porta della stanza; ed in effetti così è stato. Lo stabile in cui è la struttura si sviluppa su tre piani ma è senza ascensore. La camera era al terzo piano e meno male che nessuno di noi aveva problemi di deambulazione. Tuttavia, la camera era piccolissima, con un letto singolo e due letti a castello! Il Letto a castello era montato male tanto che tendeva a scardinarsi (vedi foto - notare che manca il perno centrale in acciaio che avrebbe dovuto tenere congiunte e fissate le due parti) ma, soprattutto non era ancorato alla parete, cosa che lo rendeva pericoloso nello scendere e salire, posto che poteva ribaltarsi. Pertanto ci siamo trovati costretti, anche durante la notte, a stare attenti a mantenere il letto per far scendere e salire in sicurezza chi dormiva sopra! Il bagno era in comune con altre 2 stanze! In dotazione c'era una sola ed unica asciugamano a testa! Niente teli bagno o altre asciugamani. Niente asciugacapelli! 1 solo e ed unico rotolo di carta igienica per almeno 6 persone! Non so perché ma nella camera era stato rimosso il sensore di allarme antincendio (vedi Foto). C'era una cucina in comune, con un frigorifero, per tutte le 6 (o forse 9) stanze del terzo piano con residui di cibo sparsi (foto).

Lage nahe am Bahnhof.
Das Apartment war bei Ankunft schmutzig und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt.
Es riecht stark unangenehm, und der Müll wurde nicht entfernt.
Im Raum befinden sich noch Pfandflaschen und Abfälle vom Vormieter.
Entgegen der Angaben in der Beschreibung haben wir kein eigenes Bad, obwohl dies zugesichert wurde.
Es wurde ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und das Bett ist zu klein für ein Doppelbett und es gibt nur eine Bettdecke und ein Kissen.

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und nur ein winziges Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad auf der Etage bekommen. Nicht sauber. Sehr laut. Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Dafür extrem teuer!
