The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need. There is a hairdryer, an ironing board, a steam iron, well equipped kitchen, and a clothes dryer. The beds were comfortable. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed in a very tiny room, and a couch for two in the living room. Easily accommodates a group of 5.
The location of the apartment is perfect - just 15-20 minutes from the bus station, 3 minutes from the bakery and grocery store.
Ana was very helpful, answered all our questions and provided a quick help when we accidentally turned off the boiler and ran out of hot water. It's important not to switch off the switch with a black circle label on it... haha
It can be a bit noisy at night due to the close distance to the restaurants and bars. Plastic windows can reduce noises almost completely but it's good to bring earplugs just in case you have a sensitive hearing. I found them helpful the first night.

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town, next to bars and restaurants.
Very clean, plenty of towels and comfy beds.
Well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Being right next to the church meant bells going off throughout the day and night, last chimes are at 10pm and start at 7am.
If staying in the summer, be aware that the air conditioning is not in bedrooms but in the hallway, doesn’t quite cool the bedrooms down (wasn’t an issue for us).

Muy hermoso todo. Completo para 5 personas.Ubicación excelente, en el propio centro histórico de la bella Zadar. Cerca de todo:atracciones turísticas, playa, supermercados, restaurantes, mercado central. Bellísimo.
Todo está correcto, pero tal vez sugeriría agregar aire acondicionado en alguno de los dormitorios. Aclaro, igual había uno en una ubicación central.
