וואו וואו וואו! מלון ספא מפנק בקצה ההר פשוט מושלם! החדרים גדולים עם נוף מרהיב הספא מפנק, עם בריכה פנימית וחיצונית, מבחר סאונות, טיפולים ועוד ארוחת הבוקר טעימה עם מבחר גדול, אבל השוס הגדול זה הארוחת ערב- ארוחת שף עם 5 מנות (לכל מנה אפשרות לצמחוני) פשוט ארוחה טעימה ואיכותית. צוות המלון אדיב, נחמד ועונה לכל השאלות בסבלנות ובחיוך סגרנו שני לילות ונשארנו עוד כי לא יכולנו לעזוב! ממליצים מאוד לא תתחרטו!

אין מזגן בחדר- אם יש צורך אפשר לפתוח חלון אך ללא רשת. רוב הזמן נעים מאוד

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes komfortables Hotel mit grandioser Aussicht,Naturbadeteich, Indoorpool + Sauna, herzliche Begrüßung, super Service einschl des Housekeepings. Edelweißalm in unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft und der dortige Heidelbeerrschmarrn sind ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

De ligging is prachtig, de faciliteiten erg mooi en het eten is heerlijk.

Er is geen airco op de kamer. Door slapen met het raam open veel muggen binnen en het bleef benauwd warm.

Wundervoller Wellnessurlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir sind tiefenentspannt!

Die Service-Mitarbeiter waren super nett! Die Massage Dame im Hotel ist super ausgebildet und war der Grund, wieso wir beide uns täglich eine Massage gegönnt haben! Das Essen war auch super lecker und unserer kleinen Maus Leonie hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ein sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel, obwohl es kein Kinderhotel ist :-)

Uns hat alles super gefallen! Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht :)

Lenyűgöző kilátás, minőségi hotel, kiváló személyzettel és ételekkel.

Csodálatos környezet, minőségi és igényes hotel. Kedves, figyelmes profi személyzet, az ételek színvonala is kiváló. A wellness rész, különösen a szálloda kertje a kis tóval kiemelten hangulatos. Remek sportolási lehetőségek, kerékpár- és gyalogos túraútvonalak, teniszpálya, asztalitenisz mind-mind nagyszerű lehetőség!

A Green Spa wellness részen jobban betartani a gyermekekre vonatkozó szabályokat. Ez nem a szállodán múlott elsősorban, de érdemes lenne erre jobban odafigyelni.

Tolle, saubere und ruhige Anlage, kulinarisch schwierig

Alles war sehr sauber, modern und roch gut. Auch der Spa und die Anlage an sich waren sehr schön und man konnte die Ruhe genießen.

Service (egal ob im Restaurant oder Rezeption) waren leider nicht sympathisch. Die Kommunikation war kühl und distanziert, wir haben uns leider nicht willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Essen muss man sehr bemängeln. Alle Suppen während unseres Aufenthalts schmeckten seltsam (zBsp die Pfifferlingscremesuppe war so bitter, dass wir sie sofort zurückgeben mussten) und die Küche insgesamt schmeckte günstig (Salate schmeckten wie die fertigen aus dem Supermarkt), was die Preise/Kopf/Nacht nicht rechtfertigen. Bei der Nachmittagsjause gab es nicht mal eine Karaffe frisches Wasser, von Kaffee ganz zu schweigen. Insgesamt gibt es bei der Qualität der Gastronomie und des Service noch viel Luft nach oben. Wenn diese Faktoren sich verbessern, dann führen sie in Kombination mit der Hotelanlage und der Sauberkeit zu einem super Urlaubsziel.

Das war ein perfekter Urlaub , wir würden immer wiederkommen.

Die Lage ,das Essen,das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal . Die ausreichende Liege Möglichkeiten am Schwimmteich und der gesamte Spa Bereich .

Das ist jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau, aber wir als Frühaufsteher hätten ganz gerne ein Kaffee gehabt , was leider erst ab 7.30 Uhr möglich war. Vielleicht wäre eine Kapselmaschine auf dem Zimmer eine Alternative.

Gefallen hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung und das überaus freundliche Personal. Der Schwimmteich und die Landschaft rund um das Hotel sind wunderschön!

Wenn man unbedingt etwas kritisieren möchte, könnte das Frühstück etwas liebevoller angerichtet sein - geschmeckt hat es aber trotzdem.

Very beautiful hotel in a dreamy location.

The gardens are beautiful and the natural pool together with a breathtaking view was idyllic. Food was delicious and plenty and the staff was very kind, also everything was impeccable. There are many hiking possibilities around the hotel and they organize some activities in the mornings, which we found quite practical

Would be good if blinds would be installed on the windows, with the actual curtains the early sunlight wakes you up quite early and doesn't lets you sleep longer. Our room was directly next to the street and in front of the parking place, so sometimes was a bit noisy and people are constantly passing by, so privacy gets affected a bit.

Amazing !

Amazing location on the top of a hill next to Wagrain. Super quiet and calm, yet very close to the charming city. Super friendly staff, amazing wine selection, and a terrace with the best view, what else to ask for. Amazing for a relaxing holiday. Definitely recommend.

Food needs a bit more thinking and care. The presentation is amazing and modern but there is lack in taste in some of the dishes. But overall 8 of 10. A bigger problem is not so many places next to an amazing outdoor pool. Many guests hold it for several hours unattended while they are gone doing other activities. Not sure if the hotel can resolve this but its a shame not everyone can enjoy the outdoor pool for at least a bit.
