Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben sogar ein super Upgrade bekommen und hatten dann viel mehr Platz. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und hätten ab und zu gerne Abends im Hotel gegessen. Leider kann man im Sommer aber nur All Inclusive dazubucheb

Het "luxe" appartement had veel gebreken, vooral in de keuken, elke dag vd week zijn we er geweest om alles te melden met steeds de belofte dat ze het nodige zouden doen. Tegen einde v ons verblijf nog steeds geen oplossing. Staat niet in verhouding met de prijs.

Tolles Hotel!

Das Essen war der Wahnsinn! So lecker haben wir selten in einem Hotel gegessen und sehr liebevoll zusammengestellte Buffets. Wir hatten All Inklusive gebucht (Frühstück, Mittagessen, Kuchen und Abendessen). Würden schon allein nur fürs Essen wieder kommen. Unsere Wohnung war auch total schön eingerichtet, mit tollem Ausblick und auch riesig mit zwei Badezimmern. Das Personal ist durchweg überall freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Adler Saalbach ..... Vacanze meravigliose!

La struttura era molto curata, l'appartamento era spazioso e silenzioso (letti comodissimi), gli ambienti maniacalmente puliti. Il personale molto cordiale e rispettoso, attenti ad ogni necessità, le piscine, interna ed esterna molto belle. Le SPA belle e curate, la colazione molto buona e variegata, volevamo darvi 5 stelle per la cucina .... era ottima, molti piatti diversi per ogni gusto, formaggi squisiti, carni deliziose, panificazione e dolci sublimi. Anche il menù per i bambini era molto variegato. Al bar del 4to. piano abbiamo passato momenti bellissimi, il personale .... indimenticabile! Certamente torneremo in questa bellissima struttura ..... speriamo presto!!!!

Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema di mancanza d'acqua calda, ma è stato risolto immediatamente, quindi anche questo é da risaltare, la tempestività con cui è stato risolto il problema.

Geweldige plek, hele fijne appartementen, super aardig personeel en geweldige faciliteiten. Ligging ook top!

Het appartement was geweldig! Ruim, schoon, fantastische badkamer, geweldige keuken met super fijne inductiekookplaat. Echt heel fijn gehad. Het werd elke dag schoongemaakt en de vuilniszakken vervangen. Top! Op regendagen waren de verwarmde zwembaden met sauna’s en stoombaden geweldig!

Alles was super! Als ik 1 ding mag noemen dan mogen de drangers op de wc deur en badkamerdeur iets minder fanatiek afgesteld worden. Onze jongste van 3 kon de deur van het toilet amper open krijgen, of hij kwam vast te zitten tussen de deur.

Luxe op prachtige locatie.

Locatie is geweldig, parkeren overdekt bij het hotel, de kamer is netjes en schoon. De bar boven is zeer goed, het buitenzwembad geweldig en verwarmd. Personeel is correct.

Airco in de zomer op de kamer zou lekker zijn. Koffie op de kamer en handzeep in het keukentje zou fijn zijn.

تعامل الموظف وكذلك الموظفات كانوا في قمة اللطف والاحترام والنصح والمساعدة .. المنتجع خيالي.. بلكونة بإطلالة خرافية ساحرة ، نظيف وأدوات مطبخ متكاملة ومسبح ومكان لألعاب الأطفال جميل .. فيه شطاف في الحمامات ، قريب منه مخبز رائع وطريق جميل للمشي والدراجات ، منتجع عائلي متكامل وساحر بكل معنى الكلمة ، شكراً لكم على الموقع والإبداع والسحر

لا يوجد غسالة ملابس .. سعر بوفيه الإفطار مبالغ فيه 35 يورو للشخص ، عدم حمل الحقائب من والى الغرف ، المخدات رقيقة جداً غير مريحة

تجربة ناجحة و الموقع و المنطقة جميلة الاطلالة على الجبل خيال و الموقع بجانب سنتر المدينة الشقة كبيرة و متوفرة جميع الإحتياجات و أدوات المطبخ جميعها متوفرة و فيها بلكونة و القعدة فيها ممتعة على المناظر الطبيعية الاثاث نظيف و الشقة نظيفة و امان بجانب الفندق يوجد تلفريك

مو كل الشقق يوجد فيها شطاف لازم تبلغهم عند الاستلام لا يوجد تكييف و قت تواجدي كان الجو حار مما سبب وجود كثرة الحشرات لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف بس تبديل اكياس الزبالة و عند طلب التنظيف ابلغوني ان تكلفة التنظيف 25 يورو لليوم الواحد .. خدمة نقل الشنط ذاتية مواقف السيارات محدودة اذا رجعت متأخر ممكن ما تحصل موقف للسيارة الجيك أوت الساعه 10 صباحاً و اذا تبي تأخر الجيك اوت برسوم و مبلغ اضافية .. لكن عطوني ساعة زيادة مجاناً

‏I was very disappointed with the lack of understanding and response from the hotel management regarding an emergency situation that occurred with my family, which forced us to leave the hotel. Despite staying for 3 nights and having 3 remaining nights, the full amount was charged. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. لم أجد أي تجاوب أو تفهم من قبل إدارة الفندق لظرف طارئ حصل لعائلتي و تسبب بترك الفندق رغم بقائي 3 ليالي و المتبقي 3 ليالي و تم خصم المبلغ بالكامل و هذا تصرف غير مهني ولا يليق و كذلك عدم وجود تكييف

Saunabereich. an einem Tag gegen 16:00 Uhr war eine Sauna und Dampfbad nur 50 Grad warm, an dem anderen Tag die andere Sauna und Dampfbad 50 Grad warm. Wenn man schon zwei Saunen hat, sollten beide richtig eingeschaltet sein. Mann konnte keine Fahrräder reservieren. Wenn man schon zwei Preise anspricht, wie ( 1/2 Tag für 20,00 Euro und den ganzen Tag für 36,00 Euro), soll es auch möglich sein sich zu entscheiden. Wir wurden vor der Wahl gestellt, entweder ganzen Tag die Fahrräder mieten oder gar nichts.

Nice place

Fantastic place. The service was good and the view is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Csaba, who served the most delicious cocktails with a smile all evening. He tried to provide variety and to serve the requested drinks as soon as possible, and he helped if the person was unsure about the choice. It even serves several guests at the same time and pays special attention to children.

all inclusive price from 15 year teenager was a little on the expensive side especially as they don’t enjoy the alcoholic beverages. A teenage price between child and adult would be a nice difference in the overall cost.

Family friendly Resort! In the middle of beautiful nature!

Location was superb. Only few steps from ski room was the nearest slope. The resort offers free shuttle everyday 09:00-10:00am to the 🚠 and 15:00-16:00 back to the hotel. Very convenient. We didn’t booked the all inclusive and made our own breakfast in the spacious apartment kitchen which was fully equipped! For the dinner we went to the nearby restaurants or cooked ourselves something in the ap.

A good hotel but not when you’re in the worst room of the hotel.

Generally a great hotel, having stayed there multiple times. Good food and post-ski facilities. Separate review to cover the first half of our stay rather than this disappointing end to the trip.

the room for the second half of our stay was directly above the bar and noisy (2101). They also squeezed 5 adults into the small room, so much so that you couldn’t open the bedroom door properly because of how they had to add a single fold up bed, or get to the bedroom wardrobe without climbing over the same bed.

Hotel Adler contributed to this being the best skiing holiday we have ever had.

Perfect location for the lifts and the town. the facilities were superb -we had 3 teenagers with us and they loved the pools and spa area. our apartment gave us all the freedom to come and go and be flexible about our meals, the teenagers opting for a trip to the spar and a pizza in several times whilst we went for a meal. the food in the Grill was fantastic with exceptional service. the stag were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

it was a little bit too warm and we struggled to get the temperature right in the apartment
