Eigentlich sind wir eher zufällig in dem Hotel gelandet und wollten nur eine Nacht bleiben. Aber da dieses Hotel unseren Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat, haben wir spontan verlängert! Ob Personal, Zimmer, Ausstattung, Frühstück, alles TOP! Wir kommen wieder!!

A galériás apartmanban zavaró, idegesítő módon recseg terhelés alatt a lépcső és a teljes galéria padlója. Szeptember első hétvégéjén voltunk, 5-7 fok volt a kinti hőmérséklet este, az apartmanban 18 fok volt, kértünk fűtést, amit nyárra hivatkozva nem kapcsolnak be; a recepciós hölgy felajánlott hősugárzót, hogy hamarosan hozza, de azóta se ért oda, pedig 1 órával később lementem megkérdezni, hogy kaphatunk-e … Mindezt leszámítva minden jó volt, nincs más negatívum.

Klasse Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, bequeme Betten und schöne Zimmer.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft. Kleines, aber sehr schönes Schwimmbad mit Kleinkindbecken.

Das Parkhaus ist ein paar Meter weiter weg und das zugehörige Restaurant sehr teuer - aber man hat genügend Auswahl drum herum.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes, uriges Hotel mit kleinem Verbesserungsbedarf

- tolles und umfangreiches Frühstück - nettes Personal - sehr zentrale Lage

- das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach nicht dem wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider auch keine Klimaanlage. Parkplatz kostet extra 20€

Gut mit Luft nach oben

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr jung und sehr freundlich. Extrawünsche wurden stets erfüllt. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters und der Krankheit unserer Tochter konnten wir den Urlaub 2 Mal ohne Aufpreis verschieben, das fanden wir sehr kulant und hätte sicher nicht jedes Hotel gemacht! Das Zimmer, das wir hatten war renoviert, im 3. OG und sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Toilette war extra zum Bad. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und ließ keine Wünsche offen.. Besonders die vielseitige Brotauswahl war toll. Die "Chefin" vom Frühstück war super fix und sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Lage direkt in der Ortsmittel ist unschlagbar! Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an einer der Gondeln.

Vielleicht angesichts des jungen Alters der Belegschaft hat uns etwas die Eigeninitiative bzw. Weitsicht gefehlt, die man in einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwartet. Beispiel: fehlende Handtücher im Wellnessbereich, Snacks und Getränke im Wellnessbereich wurden nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, unsere Zimmer wurde nur auf Anfrage gesaugt (wir waren 8 Nächte da). Das sind Dinge, die wir in einem 4-Sternehotel eigentlich erwarten. In den hoteleigenen Restaurants waren wir nur einmal essen, da wir fanden, dass die umliegenden Restaurants preiswerter bei vergleichbarer Qualität waren. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in der Winterzeit bei voll gebuchtem Hotel eng wird (es gibt 2 Saunen wo max. 4-5 Personen rein passen).

sehr zentral am Glemmride gelegen, nah zur Reiterkogelbahn. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter waren GrOSSTEILS sehr freundlich.

Die zugesagte Reservierung des überdachten Parkplatzes in der Garage wurde nicht ein gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeiter IN der Garage, welcher mir erklären versuchte, dass es egal sei was mir versprochen wurde, ich habe draussen zu stehen und pro Tag 20 Euro dafür zu bezahlen, weil ER bestimmt wo ich parke. Fand ich sehr rüde!

Das Zimmer ist leider bereits in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht den Bildern der schönen modernisierten Zimmer. Trotzdem war es sehr sauber, groß genug und das Bett sehr komfortabel!

Would return to this hotel no problem.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, one of our party asked to move rooms due to street noise - no problem. Pool and spa areas were excellent. Food in restaurant excellent. Location excellent. Clean throughout.

Carpets and general decor is probably getting a little tired, but still clean, however I believe the hotel is set for a revamp in the coming months. Some guests not obeying spa rules on being a quiet area and making a lot of noise, but I guess it is a ski resort with groups and this is always a problem. Also some ignoring local tradition of nudity in sauna area which can be awkward for those that respect the culture. Bar under hotel does cause a racket to the rooms overhead, but by 11pm everything gets quiet.

The hotel does not live up to the expectations given by the website.

Location was great; in the center of the village; excellent access to the nearby ski lift; breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of all kinds of tasty products; nice design and atmosphere in the breakfast room

the room was 2-3 star level; interior requires overhaul; WiFi didn't work; complaint at staff didn't help; the room was located above the hotel restaurant with loud music until midnight; after the music stopped the restaurant guests still made noise until 1:30am. Short night, not what we would have expected from a 4-star hotel; price-performance ratio wasn't right

Short walk to the cable car station and in centre of town.

Car Parking cost 20 € per day which was expensive especially as my car was returned covered in a layer of brown dust due to building work going on close to the car park.
