The place has great location. Very close to the sea, very close to the tunnel entrance. Also the avaliable breakfast was great. Very nice and clean

It was big room in great location, great value for money

Big room and bathroom, good location near to the beach, coffee machine, snacks for breakfast.

Taking keys in reception located 10 minutes away was absolutely illogical: I went there first, paid, then receptionist went to the room location BY BIKE and waited me there to show me the room and only after gave me keys.. Could we just meet at the room location then with keys? or could she just gave me keys after payment? I will never understand these actions. Also they can't provide milk for breakfast because of some health and safety regulations but ok for a milk in coffee machine which is also weird.

Loved it!

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. When we arrived, we were given a lot of information and tips about the area, it was the perfect base to visit the Cinque Terre. Levanto is just as beautiful, but a quieter town (at the end of September), we were always happy to come to it after visiting the crowded villages. The location of the apartment was great; quiet, but still very close to everything. The room was large and had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a cleaning service every day with the option to opt out. Overall, a brilliant place to stay.

We wish there were a few more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen or the room, to be able to make some snacks or a quick meal for lunch or dinner.

A luxurious and elegantly decorated room with a large balcony near the beach, perfect!

The room was very tastefully designed with monochromatic furniture, curtains, bedding, cool tiles and a spectacular mural behind the bed. The air conditioning was a dream in the hot weather and the bathroom had a gorgeous spacious shower, all amenities were top class and very happy to find a lift rather than climb stairs after a long drive! It was brilliant being able to watch the Grand Prix and MotoGP on Sky Sports! We loved staying there and regretted having to leave, it was very close to the beach and the balcony was extensive and even had a place to hang clothes to dry! We were met and greeted by Stefania who was very helpful and chatty with perfect English! We would definitely love to go back and visit again!

Because we left it late to book the balcony had no sea view.

Even better than you hope for. Amazing value for price.

Almost everything, the facilities/accommodations were beautiful, modern and in an excellent state, you can feel both the staff and owners are proud and take care of their apartments. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect for everything you could be looking for in Cinque Terre, both the beach which is a 2min. walk or the train station (which is a 10min. walk) to visit all the Cinque Terre. Or simply to have a calmer feeling/environment than staying in the middle of any of the Cinque Terre.

If anything, the tv could be a bit bigger but I think that was it.

Exceptional

It was very clean. There is cleaning service everyday. They have shared kitchen for 3 rooms, but all rooms have separate tables. There is a very simple breakfast with free Lavazzo Kaffee. Free parking on the street or 5€ parking behind the building. Location is very nice. Very close to the beach and city center. 900m to Train Station.

The bath towels are very thin, like bed sheet. It can be a normal towel.

Fabulous & Highly Recommend

Absolutely fabulous. Great location- 1 min walk to beach, 7 min walk to train station, 4 min walk to town centre. The room is fabulous, big, spacious, comfortable bed, big veranda, wifi great standard. The host was lovely- she met us to take us to the hotel. She shared lots of helpful information with us about the area. Lots of poor reviews of breakfast - it is basic and typical Italian and free. It is lovely. We have spent 4 weeks in Italy and this has been our best hotel. Thank you.

The room is nice and clean. Very nice staff. Close to the sea. However, the view from our balcony was facing the rock and the garbage bins.

The bed and coach were not very comfortable. The breakfast is not a real breakfast - there was some snack provided and coffee machine, and instant tea and not natural juice from the pack. This is not comparable to the real Italian breakfast. There was a WiFi, but the signal was very weak and not stable - it was in and out. The only stable signal of WiFi was in the bathroom.

So much better than we expected

Our 1 week stay in Levanto was great. We didn’t find a lot of great places but this one looked okay on the pictures. Therefore, our expectations were not super high. The moment we entered the place, we were super happy. The place is super clean, has big windows for fresh air, a good air conditioning and is bigger than expected. Also, it offers a free parking space and a big balcony to chill. There is no view from the balcony, since the building is surrounded by other buildings, but the walk to the beach is literally only 2 minutes. Levanto has great restaurants and a vibrant vibe. Perfect location to visit cinque terre. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Tutto perfetto! Pulizia top, posizione top, colazione con prodotti confezionati ma non mancava nulla!!! Connetti, biscotti, biscottini, nutelline, marmellate, fette biscottate, macchina caffè/cappuccino, bollitore.... mi sono innamorata della piccola, deliziosa sala colazione! Camera familiare ampia, silenzoosa, nuovossima, arredata con gusto, letti comodi! Vacanza assolutamente perfetta! Consiglio vivamente!!!

Tranquillità alle cinque terre!

Pulita, accogliente e silenziosa. Tutto nuovo. Vicinissima al mare e non lontana dalla stazione (10 min a piedi). Accoglienza ottima con tanti suggerimenti su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Noi abbiamo seguito e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Appartement neuf, trés moderne, design mais chaleureux. Salle de bains au top, équipement de qualité et grande surface. Clim présente.
