L’emplacement et le petit jardin. Possibilité de parking payant mais fermé par un portillon.

Il manque une cafetière, un plat pour le four, un grand couteau de cuisine. L’isolation sonore est un peu juste. Le studio un peu sombre, surtout la cuisine.
