CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Oversized vehicles and trailers not permitted to park. Offsite paid parking lots available for these vehicles and extra vehicles – please message us for more details.
* No smoking allowed inside the condo.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by onsite security.
* All HOA rules must be always followed. Please review your rental agreement with us and posted HOA rules.

The place was absolutely beautiful, and the view was great. The condo was super spacious. We would absolutely book again but be better prepared for what we need to bring for ourselves. We rated 4 stars instead of five because we had to get more toilet tissue since they only supply one per bathroom. There was no liquid hand soap anywhere. And although they did inform us to bring our favorite seasoning’s for food we figured it would be at least salt and pepper but there was no seasoning so we had to buy some. Other than those issue everything else was great! The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size, the beds were super comfortable, and the living room/dining area was great for everyone to sit and talk with each other. And my family really enjoyed the hot tub, lazy river and waterside. Perfect place for children as well.

Condo was wonderful! MUCH bigger than it seems in the pictures! Condo was clean and very nice! Great views from balcony! Patio furniture isn't what is shown in pictures (is actually a patio table set with 6 chairs). Be aware that the kitchen will not have anything except dishes/a couple pots/pans (no salt/pepper/seasonings/condiments, no coffee filters, you literally have to buy everything that you may need). There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There were some beach chairs in the closet and styrofoam cooler (although didn't know this until after we already did rental/beach service, which btw was great!) Building was nice and the lazy river/pool was great. Not long waits for the elevators and parking wasn't an issue. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay in this unit again!!

The balcony picture they have listed to capture renter's interest is fake. The furniture on this balcony consists of a rusty table with half painted particle board (where glass used to be) that isn't even flush with the table. There are 6 older chairs with cushions (a few were stained - all were wet). I immediately contacted the folks at Alabama Getaway. They were responsive with apologies, but no one provided an explanation or a solution.I would have never booked this rental unit (especially for 6 nights) if an accurate picture of the balcony furniture was posted on this site. I requested the photo be updated so no one else would be mislead, but so far, the fraudulent photo is still listed.
