Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 58" HDTV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10. All beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses and we even have a high chair for the little ones.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was clean! Had some issues with the internet. Great location! Kitchen was stocked. Would stay again.

This is truly a beautiful condo. However, there are a few areas that could use attention. When we arrived, there was a bad smell in the 16th-floor elevator lobby. The trash was removed the next day, but the bin was left open without a liner for three days. A new liner was not placed until the condo next door was having an open house.The condo floors felt quite dirty and could have used a good mopping. Some sand is expected at the beach, but this seemed beyond normal beach sand.Several dishes and utensils had dried food on them. The utensils and cookware felt mismatched and lower quality compared to the rest of the condo. A few scratched Teflon pans also need replacing. The Keurig was great.The beds were very firm, especially in the master. One guest room had slightly softer beds.The living room furniture did not match the listing photos. The couches were different, and the round table was missing. That was disappointing because we like a round table for playing games.A few other things to note: There were previous guests' leftover decorations, streamers, tape on the wall, and balloon pieces. Since we had a baby with us, the balloon pieces were especially concerning.We loved the lazy river, beach access, fast elevators, and easy parking. Overall, this is a lovely condo, but more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and detail would make it even better.
