CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Oversized vehicles and trailers not permitted to park. Offsite paid parking lots available for these vehicles and extra vehicles – please message us for more details.
* No smoking allowed inside the condo.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by onsite security.
* All HOA rules must be always followed. Please review your rental agreement with us and posted HOA rules.

This had everything our family was looking for! The property was clean and right on the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 15. The waterslide, lazy river, and pool was perfect for our smaller kids after they got tired of the beach. Good for the adults too. We were a block away from a Publix and Walmart. Would definitely recommend this location. A couple of my grandkids asked when we could come back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We had a party of 12 adults and everyone had enough room. The ocean was beautiful even on the 2 rainy nights we had. And, during the sunny days it was between a brilliant shade of blue and green, depending on the depth. We had an unusual cold front move through, so we weren't able to use the pools outside. But, some of our party enjoyed the hot tubs inside. We mainly enjoyed the dolphins swimming by, cooked meals together, and enjoyed the great association of good friends. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a chef in our midst, so I brought some things from home to cook with as a result. The master bedroom was spacious and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean at night, while we slept. The overall property inside and out was well kept. Decor was beautiful as well! We would highly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

We Grace Girls from Grace Fellowship PCA church wanted a long weekend getaway here in our own hometown. It was perfect and the perfect place for our retreat! There were 14 of us who spent the night and several who dropped in and stayed thru the day until the evening. This condo was perfect for all of us! The rooms were roomy & clean, the bathrooms clean & spacious and the dining, living room & kitchen were more than adequate for our group. Several used the hot tub and walked the beach everyday. We will definitely be back & ask for 801 again.

My teacher friends and I had a great time at Phoenix Orange Beach over MLK weekend. Pluses were the amount of seating room for our large group and the balcony. We did have a couple of issues with the toilets and lights but nothing serious. Overall it was great!

We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect for three different families that include kids and adults. Plenty of space. The kitchen was a perfect size for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of beds as well.

Beautiful property! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, great beach access, the pools were clean, always had a place to sit. Really great! Customer service left a lot to be desired. Our check in time was 4:00, but the lobby closed at 5:00. Pretty tight window! They had a virtual video connection set up that started “no one was available to assist,” and no fewer than three phone numbers to text to get service. I was so frustrated trying to get help with checking in. Once I got a reply text, we were told to visit the lobby in the morning for wristbands and parking passes. By 9:00 we had two warnings on our vehicles. Parking cost $55/car. The garage was mostly empty! We paid nearly $10k for our stay and then had to pay the parking fee? Another time we had a clogged toilet. I texted the number provided after checking in and asked to have someone come help us out. I was told to plunge the toilet myself. Um…no. We didn’t clog it, we paid a huge price tag and I’m on vacation. I texted again and requested to have someone come help. When the technician arrived he said it happens often because there is so much sand collected in the plumbing. Makes perfect sense! And he was very nice. If I were booking another vacation today, I wouldn’t book with Phoenix properties. Had the check in process been seamless and there were no hidden fees, absolutely! We loved the lazy river and water slides! But the confusion made me want to look at other properties.

Enjoyed our stay very much but have concluded this will be our last time to vacation there. It has become too costly especially the rooms. Factor in the high cost of gas getting there, food cost, parking cost and such we have been priced out. I’m sure condos have gone up in price everywhere so we probably will just stick close to home. Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect place for our two families with 5 kids to stay and enjoy the warm weather, sun, and beach! The condo was very clean and met picky mom standards! Space enough for everyone. Loved having the washing machine, dryer and full kitchen. Ice make a big plus!!!! Balcony was amazing! We loved it all and made beautiful memories!

We had an absolute best time at this condo. I rented for 5 days with 12 people for a girls trip and it was perfect. It has plenty of beds, kitchen was nice and big, perfect separate bar area. The condo was very clean and has enough kitchen stuff to cook and use while there. Great location with grocery store and liquor store right across the street. The staff promptly answered any questions I had very quickly and we had no problem with check in even was able to get an earlier check in. Will most definitely be booking this again next year for our next trip

This is the second year in a row we stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach with our sons and their family. There were a total of ten of us. Last year we stayed in a unit a couple floors lower. The four bedroom units were perfect for us. Everyone could have some privacy or play games. There is a lot to do in the area be it parasailing, dolphin cruise, alligator alley or go up to Mobile or Pensacola. A couple days were foggy cloudy so the kids went mini golfing or to an amusement park. The kids loved the beach, pool and lazy river. The only complaint we had was the dryer vent was extremely noisy and shook the mirror in the bathroom behind the laundry area. Maintenance came and said they would fix it after we checked out. We would definitely recommend this location.

Listen, I am very particular about where my Family and I lay our heads at to rest. This property exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING was exceptional from checkin to checkout! The location was perfect, the building was clean and quiet, front desk staff was nice and informative, the condo and it's view was superb. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. There were more than enough room to sleep and move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with with dishes and silverware. The balcony held the best view in the city!! Although I didn't need a thing from management, they sent a text daily to assure me they were just a text/phone call away. I could say soo much more great things about this property, but I encourage you to book so you can experience it yourself! You won't be disappointed!

If cooking for a large family, be sure and bring a large frying pan. I also felt that at least one car should be able to park free for the price we paid. It was a little disheartening to find out each car was an additional $55 parking fee. But all things considered we would definitely book again.

This apartment was able to comfortably accommodate our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there was a howling noise at night from the living room door to the balcony. There was probably a leak, which on a windy night created some spooky music! Our complaint was promptly addressed and someone came to take a look, but the problem could not be fixed. But overall a fantastic vacation retreat.

We have 2 families stay @ this condo. 1 couple did have to stay in a room with 2 queens and they made the hall restroom their own. Locked the door from the hallway. Everything was very cleaned. All rooms had tvs. And when there was a problem with one of the tvs. They sent someone to fix very fast. All the decor was perfect. Loved having a ice maker. The balcony was amazing, glad we can see the strip and beach side. We will remember this place!!! Just a few items to bring: salt/pepper, extra toliet paper, paper towels.
