It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!

Our stay was great. I only had one bad experience there ,I am disabled and there was a van ,parked in a handicap spot,so I moved to another handicap spot and a lady told me I had to move because she a van and I had a car,but I told by property security that I had to moved and my handicap decals was on display and current so why was I made to move for someone else. I have had 5 back operations and a knee replacement. That’s my only complaint.Thanks

Very clean and plenty of space. My husband, myself and our adult son had plenty of space to relax for a few days. The condo was very clean and just a quick walk down to the beach! A fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans etc, just need a strainer. All appliances worked well and we appreciated the ability to use the keurig since we had brought our own kcups. They also have a drip coffee pot and supplied coffee for that as well. Dish soap, paper towels etc were supplied which made it nice. Tvs In every room! We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway! So relaxing! We will definitely keep this unit and place in mind for future vacations!

I booked this property for my 10 year old birthday. I knew ahead of time that rain was in the forcast so i wanted a property with an indoor pool. This property stated that they had an indoor pool. I get to the property and the cleaning employees stated that the pool been down. The property also stated no house parties so i couldn't afford for us to get put out. Im a single parent and i saved for six months to take my kids to the beach. I couldnt afford the expensive game room across the street but i could afford a room on the beach with an indoor pool .we were unable to enjoy it like we wanted too. The room was clean but they shouldn't say that the indoor pool is available when its not. Ruined our trip..

The condo was under maintenance and the constant work was very hard for my toddler to nap. The door Lock was very difficult to get open On the last day we saw roaches. So disappointing would definitely not recommend

Great space. Easy check on and check out. Difficult to unlock door to unit. Had to use deadbolt or did not lock from outside or inside. Needs some updating of chair and ottoman -worn. Replace living room rug. Needs treads in bathtubs for safety. Needs Keurig added to kitchen. Nice stay. Quiet property.

It was a perfect place that accommodated our family. Evweyone had a place to sleep and we disnt have to rent 2 hotel rooms to do so. Loved the oceanfront, pool, and easy access to the beach. Definitely would recommend this. 10/10 for us!

Absolutely loved this property had a few snags such as air conditioning but it was fixed in 30 minutes after a phone call they sent maintenance right away. The views were beautiful and they provided everything to make it feel like home I would highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!

Excellent condo to stay in. Clean, fully stocked with supplies, and spacious. Right on beach with good views. Plenty of things to do nearby in addition to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and arcades.

We loved unit 406! We felt very at home. Everything was nice, comfortable, clean. The condo sits perpendicular to the beach which limits the view from the units in the back, but was still nice. There were workers at the condo next door, which made it a bit noisy sitting on the balcony. Also, the master bathroom sink was slow to drain. Other than that, it was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. 😊

Condo was on the beach as stated. Beautiful beach! Indoor pool is a joke. Only a very small section of pool inside connected to outside pool so it wasn’t heated. Property still recovering from hurricane damage. This was not mentioned before booking.

The condo is beautiful. It has all the amenities. My experience with Hosteeva was annoying. Everyone I worked with was nice, however, for at least 7, and possibly more days, I received emails and texts telling me my deposit had not gone through. Every day I had to call and was reassured everything was fine. No one could explain the issue, but it was finally resolved. Then as we got closer I had to contact Hosteeva because I hadn’t received the information for getting into the unit and had to follow up again to get the unit number. To say I sincerely doubted I even really had a reservation is an understatement. My next caution is the extra fees. Hotels.com said I would be charged a certain amount by Hosteeva. I was. However, there were then about $250 of additional charges. My favorite was the administrative fee, which after the craziness I encountered I don’t fee I should have to pay and rather I should be paid for having to deal with the hassle. With that said, it was a lovely unit. The time away was great, too. I just wished I hadn’t had the amount of hassles and I wish some entity had been more upfront about the real cost.

The balcony is on the side not facing the ocean. The picture is via a telephoto lens and not accurate at all. The garbage chute is right next to the entrance and LOUD and used before and after recommended hours. Hosteeva was not cooperative in returning a left behind item.

Beautiful little condo, had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 14 to 3 years old. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. A king in the bedroom, bunk beds built into the wall, and a full size sofa bed made for easy sleeping arrangements. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect since the weather was still quite chilly so not really able to swim in the Gulf. The only bad thing was that we learned that the property had sold so we won’t get to use it in the future!
