Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances plus a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig and Lenox China, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Five retired girlfriends stayed almost a week in this lovely unit. The view from our 3rd floor unit was stellar and the deck was well equipped with 2 lounge chairs and a table and chairs for playing games! The beach is so beautiful and the lazy river is such a wonderful relaxing perk. The beds were comfortable, however, I would suggest a small step stool be placed in the primary bedroom for short folks like me to get onto the high bed without a struggle. The one thing that was such an irritant was the ice make in the bar area. It made ice, but ran very noisily every 20- 30 minutes and it sounded like a small brook was running inside the rear of it as the water ran out the bottom. That has to be a terrible waste of water. I called about it, but they said as long as it was making ice, they don’t mess with it. All things considered our stay was a very pleasant experience.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We didn't try the pool, but the hot tub was nice. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Overall great vacation and the unit was perfect for our group. Housekeeping should be looked into however. We were pretty surprised by how dusty and dirty the unit was. Our feet were black day one from dirty floors. We found a mop but it was covered in dust and dryer lint and we had no mopping solution. Cabinets had spills on them as well as the cabinet above the microwave being covered with grease and dust. Dust is everywhere in the unit. Under the couch, all the baseboards and the utility closets. The master bathtub had hair on the sides that was never cleaned up. Dishes had been put up dirty with crusted food on them. Furniture is pretty stained throughout including couch, dining chairs and the living room rug. I have pictures of everything and will be emailing the owner. Again, we had a great vacation but was pretty shocked by the dirtiness of the unit considering we paid good money to stay here. This unit needs a very thorough cleaning before tenants book this place.
