Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during spring break or the summer season.

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our family. Parked on the same floor we stayed on. Loved the decor and the huge balcony!

The condo is beautiful, but there were some issues. There was a problem with the tv in the main bedroom. We called for service, and the representative was not able to resolve the issue. The lighting was poor in all 3 bedrooms. The sheets in the main bedroom were extremely dingyclean

Bed sheets on inside out. Couch filthy. Bath room rugs dirty. Dryer didn’t work well. Half toaster did not work. Pool area mot cleaned organized entire week. Under coffee table food under it. Charlie never responded w our concerns.
