About this cottage rental
Two bedrooms, 1 bath comfortable beach cottage awaits you. Comfort is provided with AC/heating splits in every room. A full-size kitchen with granite counter tops, range w/oven, microwave, ceramic tile floors. There is a king size bed in master, twins in 2nd bedroom. Enjoy the screened in porch while using the gas grill on your large deck. Just steps to the beach! A sand wagon: sand chairs & beach umbrella are provided. Hop onto the Jolley Trolley at the end of the street for a short ride to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. And don't forget to bring your dog! Located in the desirable Mariner’s Surfside Cottages community. One off street parking space marked15 B is included & some basic supplies are provided. Please bring king size linens/twin bed linens & bath/beach towels. No long term rentals.

What a great find for our visit to Dewey beach! The cottage is very clean and comfortable and the location can’t be beat! Very close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We really appreciated having the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella and the reserved parking space is a great perk. Karen is a great host- proactive in communication and responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

Cozy cottage with indoor and outdoor space, steps from the beach, comes with a parking spot and beach chairs, wagon, umbrella so super convenient. Restaurants and shops a block away. Everything you need for a perfect beach trip! Owner was super responsive. We plan to come back next year!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 (and dog). The close proximity to the beach made it easy to come back for lunch each day and also allow our dog to run on the beach in the early mornings and evenings. The cottage is spacious and its best feature is the screened in porch. Many mornings were spent sitting with the dog and enjoying a coffee. This was the first place that we rented in Dewey that had chairs, umbrella with a wagon to use on the beach. It was nice not having to pack those things. The outdoor shower was a bonus for our ocean loving kids.
Karen was wonderful to work with. She sent messages before, during and after our trip. I felt like I was renting from a friend.
We can’t wait to be on that porch again next summer!
